Amen to that! For some reason I hear people saying Will’s actions were justifiable by the insult made to his wife. Because of his calling from God to protect his family ?!?!?
Honestly crazy that he got away with it that easy. If you laugh, assault someone, yell and insult them, and then cry without apologizing, all of that in public and on national television, within minutes, it may show that something is going on in your mental health and the way your marriage is going.

The way Chris rock handled the situation is unbelievable. I mean being slapped on live TV while being watched by millions of people and at the same time maintaining his cool is insane. He could have NOT joked about a colleague's health condition in front of the entire world and then it would never have happened. Would people be praising him so much is she'd had a leg amputated, or had spoken out about having an eating disorder and he'd joked about her dress size? Some funny stuff on the red carpet and some crazy stuff happening on stage. Chris Rock deserves much respect for keeping his cool and going on with the show. Not many people could have done that if any.
Kimmel's analogy of Will being the drunk uncle giving a toast was pretty good
He was totally incoherent during his speech. His speech made no sense.
What was said at 6:41 please and 🙏
AAAAAAHHHHH!!!! PAAAAAIIIINNNN!!!!!!
I broke my hand yesterday because of the hate comments I get all the time. I was so angry that I punched a hole in my computer. Please don't hate me, dear imd
Jimmy Kimmel really calling it out as it is.
Well done👏
Will just ruined a longtime friendship for a woman who cheats on him publicly and proudly 😒
He tried to be an alpha but wound up showing the world how emasculated he really is.
@@BareBandSubscription sadly yes he could’ve done nothing and win the Oscar with everyone forgetting the joke
@@fatimaherbawi5510also will smith carrer is still alive
I love that Jimmy doesn't shy away from controversial issues
even told conan to hit him up if he ever wanna take the show for a ride, stands up for what's right
You do realize he’s a puppet reading a script?
@Thisis Gettinboring Yes I agree. But don't be too hard on yourself. You can always work harder on the next one.
@@daisyhoward5472 🤣🤣🤣
The moment after Will saw Jada's eye roll, the correct thing he should have done was get up and give Jada a kiss on her head to make her feel the joke was OK and she's still beautiful to him👩🏿🦲
He's too immature to do that.
But that would require him doing the right thing and he clearly didn’t want to do that
Why would he want to kiss that demon
@@Sinking2deep 😂
@@jacklinks6097 🤣😂🤣
Will Smith himself was laughing at the joke. When Jada rolled her eyes, I thought she did it at Will
Nope, he explained it in his speech. When you're gonna get roasted, you laugh the whole time. But Will was actually in front of her so it's all BS.
Do you mean jada signaled to will to defend her?
@@ocantu1987 Will did it to save his marriage. He's probably trying patch things up with her and thought this would be a great way. Poor Chris.
@@humanonearth1 hell no she gave him the signal that speech was or bullshit
Your such an instigator 😆
Checking Nicole body Temp was so hilarious nobody will ever expect that to be happend 😂😂😂
My respect for Chris just goes up by 1000%… he is a Rock!
Absolutely….and, it went down by 1000% for the other guy
How? He literally made a joke about her auto immune disease😭 are you that dense
of course you do, we live in a society of bullies.
That punch wasn't hard
@@mymyspacemama no he didn't he made a joke about her bold head...it wasn't about the disease..now was it insensitive yes..but even if she didn't have a disease..chris would've still made the joke...i wish Dave Chapelle made tht joke bcoz will wouldn't have left smiling if tht was Dave 🤣
Im glad Jimmy pointed out how weird it was that seconds before slapping Chris, he was laughing at the joke…😐
Lol that man realized he had to go home with her being mad at him for laughing and had no choice but overreact or deal with an angry wife
It was a fake laugh or it was staged
He was in the middle of a laughing at the previous joke and was happy and expected to keep laughing at Chris’s comedy - I think it took a minute for him to register what Chris had just said. I’m sure he wouldn’t find a joke about his wife’s challenging condition funny
Jada sent her Pitbull to attack Chris!
@@njd9143 His laugh didn’t look fake at all. He was enjoying it.
Will Smith was defending his own EGO! That's it! He laughed at the joke and he knew he was going to get hell for it!
Yeah, it wasn't about Jada. It was the way the room read it, hurted his wittle feewings.
Guillermo at the Oscars.. he needs his own hour! Always kills me! 😂😂
"they didn't want to tell Will to end his speech because he might beat everyone up" 😂😂🤣
