I love the jibs at Will Smith!!!!!!!! For so long, he wanted to come to the Oscars table and once he got invited, he sat down and slapped Chris Rock. While I'm not a Chris Rock fan, if the Oscars want me to watch again, get rid of Rock and extend the ban on Smith to last into infinity.
The ban just means Will can't attend the Oscars. He can still me nominated and win an Oscar.

I missed the Oscars this year like last and now watching this video after a year.
Will got to face everything thats coming to him... He put himself in this place... Such a waste to see how a beloved person can become someone you don't even respect no more

This monologue alone is enough reason to bring Mr. Kimmel back this year, as they it did.
There are maybe a dozen people in the US -- not many more -- who can do a creditable job hosting the Oscars.
All of them are standup or sketch comedians.
