In the near future, many routine tasks that don't require human intelligence will be taken over by machines (software and hardware). Machines, through machine learning and deep learning, can handle large-scale logical tasks and algorithmic work and recognize patterns. However, they lack the ability to understand context and meaning, and concepts such as truth or trust remain out of reach due to their binary nature.

The role of humans will shift from simple logical or knowledge tasks and data processing to deeper knowledge and understanding, where judgment and decision-making and what I call the HUMAN-ONLY tasks, the #androrithms become essential. Work will become more human (not less) focusing on tasks that only humans can do, such as understanding, reasoning, interpretation, intuition and imagination. The changing landscape of work brings both opportunities and challenges. While machines can augment and assist in tasks - and increasingly automate many of them - they cannot replace work that requires human abilities (and quite a few apparent routines such as driving a car, still require that). As a result, in the near future, work might be a lot less about monetary benefit and more about self-realization and purpose. As machines take over routine tasks, humans may end up having more time and freedom to pursue meaningful work that aligns with their passions. This is clearly a policy issue:)
However, this transition requires a shift in society's mindset, moving away from valuing work based solely on output. Embracing this new reality can lead to a society where work is not the central focus, but rather a means for personal growth and fulfillment.
