  • Yes i know... but the "boring stuff" is also important. ;-)
    To know what goes on in our body when we dive and the few important advice that follow is the basic for a safe and enjoyable experience... so I thought that to watch a video would be much less boring that reading a long text about it ;-)

    Honestly ....been trying to start diving for 3 years now watched well over 200 you tube videos since then and i just learned more watching this than in all 200 others combined . thank you , genuinely.

    It's weird. One of my dive partners get the contractions very fast, within like 20 seconds. I never even felt them until recently after about 1:30 or so. Very mild and usually on my way to the surface. I don't always have someone watching my back in murky water so I would rather play it safe and head back up.
