Ma'am once you add cashews it is no longer healthy.Can u suggest some alternative for cashews as for patients with creatinine dry fruits is very bad
You can add soaked and ground oats. Cashews are to thicken the consistency and for some additional protein and healthy fats. Use oats instead.
