Absolutely loving the Venice visuals man! It's super cool that you filmed all of this on just your phone! Kinda shows that technique is primary and equipment is secondary. You're an inspiration for me to create more iPhone videos man. Keep dem videos coming!!
Hi, thank you for the compliments! Unfortunately, my iPhone was stolen two days ago... But soon, I'll put online videos shot with Gopro Hero 8... So stay tuned! 😀
Alessandro Chiarini 😆🙈 Well, maybe using cheap crappy lenses can make the quality worse... but when using lenses like the ones made by Moment, the quality is the same - with the additional of wider shots, or telephoto etc. Check them out! ☺️ www.shopmoment.com/
Amazing video! Awesome work! I have a couple questions; on FilmicPro app did you turn on the "stabalization" mode or did you leave it off? Also was your film setting on "Filmic Extreme" . Last one.. did you have manual focus and shutter speed or was it auto? Thank youu.
@@AlessandroChiariniphotographer , Awesome! Thanks for your quick reply. What was your ISO and Shutter speed set while shooting 60fps? Once again, amazing work.
I work automatically and block the exposure when I think it is the right one for the framed scene, working at 60fps allows me to get closer to the optimal exposure time for video shooting that in theory would be 1/120 of a second shooting at 60 fps
@@AlessandroChiariniphotographer , I just got back from my trip and did a lot of video filming. I am trying to add the original Filmic pro file to adobe premiere pro and shows error "The video has no audio or video streams". Did you have to convert your Filmic Pro video file in order to add it to your video editing software.
Hi Dean, the biggest and most important difference is that the Plus has 2 lenses, shooting videos with 2 different lenses is better, I could not do without them.
Alessandro Chiarini oh wow! I had never heard of filmconvert until now. Just looked it up. So there is a preset for iPhone and this is the color it will give the footage?
Can you help me? Using iPhone X. In the app I can't turn on flat or log profile when I'm using 60 fps. There is a sign "not available at frame rates higher than 30 fps". Is it true or I did something wrong?
You didn’t seem to use a special lens to get this look..? so I wanted to ask you what you thought about these lenses coming out for the iPhones like the anamorphic lens.
I shoot my video in 2.39.1 format with FilmicPro, this helps give the video a cinematic appearance. I think that the additional lenses only make the quality of the movie worse...🙏🏼
2 main questions: 1 - What speed is that? 0.75x ?? 2 - CPL or ND filters are really necessary to do some walking tours or I can save some money simulating the effect on Filmic Pro ?????
1 - The speed is about 25% 2 - I don't use ND filters for Iphone or GoPro shooting, simulate what kind of effect with filmic pro? The ND filters when shooting video are used to reduce the shutter speed to obtain smooth shots.
@@AlessandroChiariniphotographer Wow thanks! :) To simulate the effect of a ND filter.. What I know the ND Filters are used to reduce reflections (like waters and windshields).. And to see skies more clear with more details.. it's like sunglasses... I don't know if it's possible with Filmic Pro..
When I use Filmic and I try to upload a clip to UA-cam or IG it’s ultra blurry... am I not utilizing the settings correctly or??? I’m using an iphone 8 +

wowo the sound is amazing
1:11, 1:42, 1:47 such beautiful compositions and exposure. Overall a rock solid audio visual! Loved it.
Grazie!🙏🏼
This is a great video, well done! 🙌🏽
Did you also use any Moment lenses, or others, when creating this?
Thanks!!!🙏🏻
No problem! Did you use any additional lenses on the 8 Plus?
No, just the 2 lens on iPhone 8 plus. Why use additional lenses? To make the quality worse ...? 🙈

Awesome video...
Filmic pro is much needed...??
Yes...
Better is Mavis Pro. It's more stable app and what's even, Mavis Pro do better black in low light. (I tested it)
Wow.... I like it
Hello, very nice video!! Is it edited? Colours, contrast, noise?
Hi, the video is obviously all edited. You can't achieve similar results with just one IPhone.
Amazing job man! Looks great! Is this 30FPS timeline in final cut?
Yes 30fps in the timeline. 👌🏻

amazing stuff my friend. I was wondering do you think there is a huge difference between the iphone8 and 8plus when it comes to video?

nice bro. thx for the description too.. i will try i the same ways

Beautiful video... did you use adobe software to achieve this? If not, how did you edit this? The quality’s of your footage is stunning.
Hi Tank you! I have not used any Adobe software, my video is processed with FCPX and Filmconvert. 🙏🏼
your videos are awesome😍!!! like they are incredible 💙💙👌👍please also shoot videos like these on samsung s9+🙌
Hi thank you very much!!! 🙏🏼 Sorry I do not own the Samsung... Very soon I will upload another video 😍😍😍

No this video is processed with FCPX and Filmconvert.

There are many preset, the Film converter preset are made to simulate the film, with also the addition of grain.
Really nic shots :)
Thanks!
really nice video! did you add the sound effects from sound you recorded or did you find them online? thanks

Hi, it's normal, with 60fps you can use only the standard color profile.
