- Join me for 30 minutes of gentle morning pilates to help you manage anxiety, stress and panic. This is a kind, welcoming pilates practice to ease your mind and body whilst giving you a full body workout . I have created this gentle pilates practice to help you move your body, improve flexibility and strength as well as ease your mind of any tension you may be holding onto. Do give yourself this precious time to take care of how you feel in both mind and body.

Thanks Rachel. For some reason I felt more stressed today! I think it was trying to do the move and count and breathe at the same time! Sometimes, naughty me, when we are working I find I don't breathe during a move at all - must try harder.😲 I find any of your sessions are time out for me and very relaxing even the cadio ones. 😉 I look forward to every session. Thanks for all your hard work. I hope people realise that your time is not just our 30minute session but it's all the time setting up, thinking out and organising you have to do beforehand. Rachel finally able to do this due to my toe injury. Very hard and intense for me, but LOVED IT! I'm having a hard time bending and straightening my feet, toes and legs. I'm very bloated and in my early 50's so I'm trying to grab hold of this issue by taking in more potasium. SO LOVED THIS and I'm looking forward to tomorrow 11/8 and 11/9. Looking forward to your varieties that you do for us. Thank you warm hugs!
Had a difficult time yesterday and sleeping last night. Which doesn’t happen very often. But we all get those occasional days/nights. So this was a great class to alleviate my anxiety. I especially enjoyed the breathing. What a difference that makes. Thanks Rachel . Saved to be done again whenever needed. 🩷

Lovely session, I know I’ll enjoy even more when I repeat it, I can go with the flow, not worry about watching you so closely to get movements down. Not your fault, but UA-cam cut into the end of my replaof the session (legs were stretched out, reaching out with opposite hand , “saw” I think you call it) - anyway, two ads pop in! Wth? Really annoying, definitely takes you out of the “relaxing” zone! If there’s anything you can do at your end, much appreciated- everyone hates ads, but especially ironic for them to pop up in a “relaxing, let go of anxiety from modern pressures”, like unrelenting commercialism, exercise class🤬😂! Have a lovely weekend, thanks for all you do.😊❤
Hello Sue, sorry to hear you had 2 ads pop in during the session, that's very strange as I didn't have that in my settings, they should come in after the session and before the chat. I've gone in and removed them completely now, hope that gives you some peace of mind as it it the last thing we want to happen when we're relaxing! Hopefully it works ok for you now xx 🤗 😘 ❤️
Thanks so much, I really appreciate it! Normally the ads do pop in between the session and the chat, that’s why I was surprised! Maybe I paused or rewound a few minutes, and screwed up the timing my end, so the ads played at the normal time, I just wasn’t finished yet.🤔🤔thanks for being so responsive- it was a delightful session!
Was a bit late to class today Rachel, just finished it. You mentioned in the chat you have a new set up, I found the screen a little dark and couldn't hear you as well as usual, the volume seemed soft, wondered if anyone else found this. Hope this is helpful

Hi Terri, I've taken a look at the stream on my phone tv and laptop and it looks and sounds as normal.Nice and bright in fact. The new set up actually increased the output qualilty to full HD so I am sorry to hear you found it dark and quiet on your device. You might want to check the screen setting on your device, mine adjusts automatically which I have found can make it quite dark sometimes, also volume output.....you know how tech can be!! Always worth checking your settings xx 🤗
