    I can’t be more thankful that I had my surgery 5 days ago and haven’t had any complications!. I carried this thing with me since puberty and had emotional breakdowns as a teenager where I couldn’t wear T-Shirts, couldn’t take of my shirts and always were super self conscious about myself and how my chest looked being around people. I avoid sitting among people and always preferred sitting at corner seats/tables in classroom/restaurant etc. I’d suggest all my brothers having this that they should get the surgery done asap.

    Ive had terrible gyno since I was 10. It's been the bane of my existence for nearly 35 years. Its always a problem and affects every aspect in my life when it shouldn't. Im beyond happy to have you out here going through all the processes and when I can afford to do it (in US) I plan to have the surgery. Thank you for sharing mate.

      Yeah it's terrible. Worst thing for me is I can pec bounce with the muscle but never show that off due to the gyno covering it.

    You are the only one on the whole youtube platform who explained every single detail of this whole thing man, from the first moment you done the surgery until now Oct. 2021.... Thank you for these valuable advices about your experience and for your honesty too as you've covered everythinggggg about it. I guess without those mistakes you made your healing would have taken like 2 to 3 months maximum instead of 6 to 8 months as far as I remember from your previous videos.
    Hope your life is better now with your brand new healed chest.. peace out

    I have seen some of your videos and you helped motivate me to get my surgery. I am 3 days post op. It was about $9K. I am recovering well and am happy to finally close this chapter of my life. I’m 32 and suffered 18 years.

      9 grand?? Damn..
      the thing is, you can easily catch a flight anywhere in Europe, stay at a nice hotel, book a surgery at a great reputable clinic with an experienced doctor, and that, all expenses combined, is gonna cost you less than half of what you just paid.
      These US/ UK/ AU prices are just mind boggling

      I'm about to have my surgery done on 16th of September. I'm in New Zealand so my surgery will be completely free, I just had to wait about a before I got the confirmation to get my surgery done. If I had gone private, it would've cost me $12,000 so the wait was worth it. I'm still only 17 and have had it since I was about 12 years old.

    Hi guys, I've had gynecomastia since I was thirteen. I will be 33 in January. So for 20 years it was knocking me down mentally. I built a beautiful muscular body during those 20 years of training but the gynecomastia always got smaller or bigger. But she was always there. I had surgery 8 days ago and it's great. I had a lot of trouble buying t-shirts with graphic designs and it always had to be a black t-shirt. Basically, I had nothing to wear. The first white t-shirts from Armani, Hugo Boss, Guess will arrive tomorrow. All are for a muscular figure with an admixture of elastane. All are fit to the body. I know it will be great to wear these shirts. Now when I put on any t-shirt I look good. Surgery was the best decision. Too bad I didn't do it sooner. I live in the UK and my income is around $2400. However, I had the surgery in Central Europe for $1,700. There were so many Englishmen in the waiting room. Perhaps the whole family went with one boy as support. So I paid the amount that I will earn in three weeks. Compared to the guys who pay for operations in the US, it's a huge difference. But it is true that in Central Europe everything is much cheaper and in England it is also expensive. But don't be afraid to spend that money. If you know that gynecomastia affects you psychologically, it is worth it. The worst part about everything is that I have to wear the vest. It is very inconvenient. I wish everyone to make the right decision. Also Thank you Jacob for your videos

    Omg. Who tf is keeping the drains in for more than a few days? Heamos are fine, they go away after some time. Internal stitches are the norm these days, they will come out and you can speed this process along a bit if you see it healing quickly

  • @voodoo9077
    @voodoo9077 Рік тому +1

    Great story. So did you actually get the hematoma drained by a local doctor or did it naturally just let it heal?

    • @pat3765
      @pat3765 3 роки тому +9

      My experience after the surgery, as long as you find a surgeon you can trust, and you follow his directions to the letter, you should have no complications.
      As for pain, I didnt take any opiates, pain management was plenty with just Tylenol and Celebrex. For me, the first few days were uncomfortable, but not painful. After that first 5 day window, discomfort was minimal.

      You should go to Dr. lebowitz. He definitely seems like the best option out there. I’ll be going to him sometime next year

    • @erickgutierrez6743
      @erickgutierrez6743 2 роки тому +4

      It's safe. Take your time, save up your money and research your plastic surgeon. Don't bargain shop for this. The only painful part of this is when they inject you with the anesthetic. Its not bad really, just feels like a hard pinch but other than that, you don't feel anything. They gave me 2 xanax, so I don't even remember my surgery. Recovery sucks, as in comfort level not painful. I got a bottle of pain pills that I never took once after the surgery because I didn't feel like I needed it. Just like the video says, follow your surgeon's instructions for recovery and if you're unsure, just call the office.
