You all have the best and most informative videos on this procedure I really appreciate all the info. I didn't come to you guys for my gyno procedure but I do follow your advice . I will say I had my procedure over a year ago and wanted to just reinforce your tips about massaging to prevent scar tissue . Before I had my gland removal my left side had the bigger gland so naturally more glandular tissue had to be removed when it was time for the massaging I did everything I could to keep scar tissue from developing. My right side healed up fine but after about 8 months in I noticed the left side was real thick under the nipple it had almost looked like I had glandular tissue again . So to make a long story short the tissue started to grow over time it was so dense like the size of a half dollar . I just had it all removed again on July 3rd it took about an hour to clear out all the newly formed tissue . It was done under local anesthetic but It was still quite painful I'm saying all of this to say massage is so key to prevent the scar tissue from forming so do it or you might end up like I did…

I have re-watched the video to get the duration of days that one will be wearing the compression vest/garment but i didn't get an answer from the video. Could you please kindly help to state it here, as the surgeon that did the surgery is actually unapproachable. This could also be helpful for another random person here.
