  • What garden tasks should you be focusing on during the month of March?
It's time to start a lot of our spring and summer garden seeds. Spring Cleaning to tidy up our work spaces. Picking and foraging for wild edibles. Practicing those food preservation skills and finding essential canning and freezing supplies. All things Spring! Spring has arrived and so we must chat about how to make the most out of our March home garden.

Yes it was! Did you spend time outside?

@bloomandwiltgardens yes ma'am. The puppers laid put sunbathing. I didn't clean anything yet, to much of a swamp in the yard to get to the shed. But I did start sorting out my garden decorations! So excited

Mid ohio 6a, and I've germinated radishes just days ago outside. Yes, Columbus ohio also has seeds of several cold weather
    veggies.
Make sure tilted and equipment runs, too.
A couple of my friends want some Pink Bumblebee tomato plants this spring. I've got them started
    Thanks

I’ve never sprouted radishes indoors before, how do they handle the transplanting for you?
Good advice on making sure all the equipment is tuned up!

    Great info!
I took notes. I have some pepper seeds from last years garden that sprouted in 3 days! 🫶🥰
I think documenting is the hardest part for me. Do you document sprout times?
Great tip about the preservation. I also want to dry flowers this year and make flower art. ❤️

3 days!! That’s awesome and so fast.
I have written down certain varieties that germinate quicker than others. For your peppers you should definitely take note so you remember to grow those again.
Flower art would be so lovely!
