I can't believe I could feel hype during the entire show, and yet I did more than the 2022 and 2021 editions (even if the 2023 songs were not the same level of said years). My personal highlights were: - Ukraine really taking the cute mood too seriously, and still being a bop. Anastasia really enjoyed and sang with passion her song. - Sophie and Jessica singing together for the finale, it was nice to see Sophie again after last year and finishing the Celtic vibes even with a robbery of last place. - Spain showing other editions how to properly open a JESC show. As a Hispanic/Spaniard from Bolivia, I cheered for Sandrita until the end, even the voting moment almost made me lose my head seeing her reaching the top before France could. - Estonia delivering the best for being their first time in JESC, and yet being robbed criminally with Ireland ;_; - Poland FINALLY not using the darn Capcut effects (using them in the song would have ruined it) and giving a heart-wrenching and relatable song and artist (unlike the adult counterpart) - Germany, with a heart-catching song about sisterly love and the use of sign language, making their best result EVER in JESC and recent ESC overall. Fia, you were a star. One day we could see you in the adult ESC like Sophie, Arhanna or Sandra. - Netherlands finishing the show with the best song they could ever send to JESC, and making a better pair connection with Sep and Jasmijin than their ESC counterparts in Liverpool. - France ofc carrying Zoé's song to the top in staging, vocals and all. The piano, the vibes...No wonder she won, even if rooting for Sandra as a fellow Hispanic. - Armenia still giving the vibes of winning in France again, and the five girls making the best show. A bit bummed they didn't make the dragon do something more during the finale (the idea was great, but misused), that would have made them win again. - Seeing the JESC French kids again together (again Thomas Pontier kicked out of the group ._.). - Mariam, Luna, Zlata, Gaia and Enzo again as jury spokepersons (Enzo had grown a lot since 2021 O_o XD) - Amir, not my expected interval (I thought La Zarra (host country rep) or Loreen (winner milestone, first WoC winning twice, etc etc), let alone Mans bc of the slogan) but still a good act way than I thought of - Lissandro with the new looks and yet his live interval performance being miles better than the JESC 2022 version (ironically, the one he won with...) I was thrilled to see Albania end up in the top half of the table. I always liked the song but didn't really hear anyone talking about it - but Viola was flawless on the day. Probably the show's best vocal performance. I'm Ukranian, can you believe that in our Fandom lots of people were upset with results? Some jokes went way too far, our little kvitka didn't deserve that much hate. And all other countries loved her, it was all for nothing... (
When I saw your little star I was like... pink dress, green accents in outfit - other artists, look out: this is a winning combo! It reminded me of Ksenia Sitnik's outfit. :)
Well, I can say that I didn't like it first (national final's prerformance I mean), but you did such an improvement on jesc stage that it became my top 3 and I have voted for her. The staging is great and her voice is fantastic.
I loved "Kvitka" since I heard it for the first time and the JESC performance made it even better. ❤ I mean she is 9 and was so confident on stage and had such great vocals. Amazing. 😍

So sweet of Sophie to support her after placing so high last year.
@@kerryphilips2639that's so sweet of her, I didn't know that! But I still think that the dress took away from Jessica quite a bit :(
I'm Ukranian, can you believe that in our Fandom lots of people were upset with results? Some jokes went way too far, our little kvitka didn't deserve that much hate. And all other countries loved her, it was all for nothing... (
When I saw your little star I was like... pink dress, green accents in outfit - other artists, look out: this is a winning combo! It reminded me of Ksenia Sitnik's outfit. :)
Well, I can say that I didn't like it first (national final's prerformance I mean), but you did such an improvement on jesc stage that it became my top 3 and I have voted for her. The staging is great and her voice is fantastic.
upset?????? She deserves the world 🥺🥺
I loved "Kvitka" since I heard it for the first time and the JESC performance made it even better. ❤ I mean she is 9 and was so confident on stage and had such great vocals. Amazing. 😍
She was my favorite from the beginning and is an icon of the year! Be proud of her Ukraine 🩷
Ukraine is proud of Anastasiia Dymyd, it went viral here, and it’s like the first song from JESC that got general public interested, some even got so far as voting
If i was on the stage sunday i sang another version of sarà perché ti amo, every italian can understood me
