Mr Magnes, to be truthful, there's 2 Cape Towns, the "well off" middle class or rich Capetownians where most of the services go to... Then you get the other side of the Stad, the ghetto side, take a drive and go see for yourself..
whats your point - u r trying to insinuate that services do not go to the poor ? Have u looked at the tax base figures, maybe consider prosperity drives growth, poverty drives poverty. move towards prosperity to continue building for those less fortunate.
