Panino or panini is a generic therm for anything that is two slices of bread with something in between. This is a schiacciata or focaccia (depends on the Italian region) with various meats, cheese and spreads mostly from central Italy (Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna and Lazio) What Americans call panini for us would be a "tramezzino caldo" or "toast con il formaggio" 😀

If i'm not wrong in this video they used pistachio cream, stracciatella and artichoke cream, I don't know if all the spreads are present in the New York shop
