Eliminating snacking is the best thing I did for my health. Now I realise I was just munching out of boredom.

Thank you Dr Janine, I am always getting on my mother about always eating after 🕖 and eating late at night because she always have gas bloating, and heartburn, she finally started listening and she has improved quite a bit along with improving her diet I have also added acidophilus, and she is doing much better. ❤

A tip I learned from my acupuncturist. Don’t drink 30-60 minutes before or after a meal.
Yep, drinking so close to a meal dilutes your stomach acids, not good for digesting food.

Tip #4 Chew your food, thoroughly, before swallowing.
When I was in France in July we ate between 9 and 10 pm, alongside the locals, but it was still light outside!!

@@francescastillo8243dont sleep or lay down till one hour after you eat. Chew some fennel seeds after you eat. Just a pinch or two. You can try carrom seeds also. Do your research they have some digestive enzymes good for our gut bacteria.

Me too! Here in New York State, the sun set at 4:49 p.m. If one works until 5 p.m., avoiding eating after dark including snacking would make for a long, miserable night.😕

I stopped snaking a while ago and I only eat healthy food not containing any vegatable oils or contains small amounts I eat before sleeping by 3 hours but still my digtion is so bad and my tummy is burning right now, I just woke up from how much it hurts and I was searching for ways to calm it down does any one have any advises?

Make time to cook a healthy nutrient dense meal. Stop snacking, you're useless if you have no energy to function, right? We all need optimal food to function, so make time, it's way more important than snacking all of the time, constantly feeling lethargic and not having energy and having wild mood swings. Get a good meal in you, it'll do you good.

I am now constantly on intermittent fasting (i don't eat after 5pm), also i did twice fastings lasting 61hrs and 48hrs. Not only I weight less but i feel as if I had 10-15yrs less. Such a simple method, and you save money too.😏

Lol. Just chew naturally. It’s not about how you eat or the texture of the food before swallowing, it’s about the food that you’re eating. Don’t tell people to do this. People can develop ocd and it will mess with their mental health. I’ve tried what you’re saying and it made me even more hungry. It doesn’t work for everyone. What works is to enjoy the food and chew and swallow naturally without thinking about it
