I think putting the desk on the slat wall was the right choice, the wall really makes the whole setup pop. This is why I love slat walls, theyre modern, unique, and makes anything look a thousand times better.
Digging these videos, my dude. They've been giving me ideas to tweak my desktop setup, as well. Just upgraded to the LG 45" OLED and am loving it for work and gaming.
Now if EA can just patch Jedi Survivor to get rid of the frame drops, life would be perfect lol

hey man , great video can you do a side by side comparison between the two, i'm intrested in 49 but i think the vertical resolution on 40" + extera height is better and much more usable

Nice setup, does the 49 flat screen bother you when you are looking sideways . Right now I'm between (curve vs flat) 49 ultrawide monitor.

It looks awesome! Just the monitor wobble seems really crazy. It would annoy the crap out of me, I'd rather give up the "floating monitor" look since there is the desk shelf there anyway. Than having it wobbling so much

I wanted to do the same walnut slab and black wall aesthetic but my desk setup was gonna be walnut top, black legs, with mostly black peripherals (some hints of white and maybe red). Thoughts? (gonna be moving after the summertime)
