Project looks real good, what color gray is on your back wall and sheen. I like the way the rgb reflects. Can you help me out before I get the paint for sheen ?
Your father is soooooo talented. Hold on to him tight. I lost my Dad and miss him every day. It's obvious you have great love, respect and admiration for your Dad...as a good son should. Well done young man. Your desk is amazing and the craftsmanship is spectacular. Your whole desk and office set up is terrific. Don't change a thing.
Every now and then I go around YT to check out what the "Lechners" of this world are up to. I am glad I came across your channel. Keep up the good work!
This is amazing. I saw the short and was blown away, I search hard to find this video and I am going to of your setup. Thank you for sharing, I have subscribed. The crafting is awesome
Your biggest fan. I am moving into a new rental and I will use your tips to build my new home work desk. Please upload more. I have watched an rewatched all our videos. Love from Kenya 🇰🇪
🙌🏻YES! Very well produced video, loved the editing and well done DAD 🏆You Sir are a CHAMPION 🤝🏻. You did a great job with your upgrades. I’m in the process of building a home studio in my shed/garage and always on the lookout for inspiration. Enjoyed watching. Cheers from Western Australia 🇦🇺👍🏻
I actually asked a carpenter to make the wooden table top and desk shelf & a welder to make the steel legs for me. The quality of the table is very good and it costed me way less compared to the tables available in the market.
So I also had a monitor wobble issue with my standing desk. I decided to buy a thick monitor pole to replace the monitor arm. It doesn't have as much functionality or adjust-ability as moving monitor arms but the wobble issue is now gone and since it's mounted to the desk, I don't have to worry about moving my desk up and down.
Amazing video!!! Loved every second. I’ve been looking for a decent set of speakers and thought about going with studio monitors. You just sold me! Your dad is great, love the in depth explanation about the plants, and the edit was stellar!
Really cool setup. And nice idea to get a tv holder. Is there a video where you have a plan or a tour arround your office? I’m looking for ideas for the furniture out of my desk
I really appreciate the thought process on the wall-mounting of the monitor. However I know I'm gonna be standing and sitting regularly, so having the monitor move with the desk if a pretty firm requirement for me. How'd the wall mounting work out long-term for you?:
would love to know the app used to display the clock on the ipad. hope to hear from you soon. please please make more videos with your dad, dont want all that knowledge to go amiss.
@@bryanchaves5691 I would say a dual 4k setup would likely be better for productivity. I personally love the 38" monitor because I do a ton of video editing work, which can take up a lot of horizontal space. At my 9-5 job, when I'm in the office I have a dual monitor setup that I prefer for doing research, work in Excel, etc.
Hey Lee, great setup. I'm working on an up/down desk with some reclaimed red I found in an old picnic table that was painted over in white paint. I made an iron pipe tv table out of the part of it that turned out great. Anywho, my question is, how did you make the live wood light sconces on your wall. Keep up the great work.
I bought the live edge piece off of eBay, added RGB lights to the back of it, and used a french cleat hanger to mount it to my wall. Hopefully, that's the piece you're asking about? Sorry for the delay on this.
Kudos to dads everywhere! Yeah, I'm one of those.
Kudos indeed! (I am a son)
No one cares if you’re a dad or not bro

Love your videos Lee. Modeled my office after yours. Make a home tour video so I can steal that too :P
Your dad rules !
I have to say, docking stations have become almost a standard feature in desk setups nowadays.
Nice brother.
Kinda looks exactly like mine. I just have white accents like my Herman miller wheels, speakers and case
amazing set up! What time can you come over and get my set up dialed in like this? haha. Is there a travel fee?
Wait you interrupted your dad dancing at an Indian wedding 😂
Hello, Congratulations Cool 👍👏👏👏

I just need a simple setup for my office.
those amazon basic arms are insanely good for the price. i dont even see a point to the ergotron anymore

Thank you! Put a lot of effort into this video, so comments like this mean a ton!
Beautiful and Unique! Could you add a link to the Rug?
Great video! That shelf turned out beautifully! This desk looks very similar to my build! You earned a new sub!
Really cool setup. And nice idea to get a tv holder. Is there a video where you have a plan or a tour arround your office? I’m looking for ideas for the furniture out of my desk

Expensive setup for profesional
Very nice! Your dad is a cheat code! LoL
tu padre es de los mejores carpinteros que he visto
Just watched and loved your office set up vids. May I ask, what is the full size specs of the desk top??
What type of wood did you use for the desk shelf? Is it just plywood and how thick is this, 1"-1.5"?
I really appreciate the thought process on the wall-mounting of the monitor. However I know I'm gonna be standing and sitting regularly, so having the monitor move with the desk if a pretty firm requirement for me. How'd the wall mounting work out long-term for you?:
I like to put my gaming consoles under the monitor risers.
hi, the knife of min 9:26 where the buy.. sorry my english.. nice to meet you
What is the name of the 90° lamp on the wall that looks really nice?

Nice! Are those 2" pipes? How high do they lift the shelf from the desk? Thanks!
Always loved your setups bro. It inspired mine, can I ask what are the 2 lights on your back wall near your seating area?
Thank you! They are GVM tube lights: bhpho.to/3zlFrXi

How do you get your iPad to function as a full screen clock like that? I'd love to incorporate that in to my setup!
What do you have under the desk so the drawer dont move as much
Hello! Great setup! Where did you find your computer wallpaper? I love space !
What happened to the Hexcal Studio?

From which wood is the stand for the monitor made?
What were the old speakers called?
What about file storage?
