I can relate every couple of weeks My chiro I thought was using the activator on my right lower hip (on my butt cheek) press & hold. Good dear lord I see stars. She was using only her thumb pressing on it to help release lactic acid. Strongest thumb ever. Goid lord she has me tapping out every time.

Watching this, I can't but laugh at how funny this video is in terms of how much 'brotherly love(??🤔😂)' and camaraderie there is whilst the treatment is going on, whilst wincing at the sounds from your brother, and his back. 😆😂😳😉 Also quoting Princesses bride throughout 👌👌
In terms of treatment you seemed to do much more on the lower back on your brother than you have in other videos, is that because he like you, ends up doing a lot of bending over his clients.
Is that a common issue in chiropractic practise? What about the arms and elbows, do you/he need to do treatment/care there? As you seem to do a lot of elbow and hand work, how do you & je look after them?

Can really tell the difference of being worked on most of his life looking at Max's back. Much flatter in comparison to all the rounded forward backs with thoracic looking almost hump like when the patients are on their stomachs.
I have a few questions..
1. Is “gunk” lactic acid build up or muscle knots?
2. And regarding the hard massage,
2.1. Does the elbow only loosen up the deep tissue, and
2.2 does the tool loosen up the myofascial tissue?
There’s a third sibling?!?!? 🤯
