Add running competitively for about 20 years, my neck and upper back are about as tight as can be. Getting a massage prior to adjustments is commonly recommended. But rarely would someone get a 2-in-1 special like this. It takes a lot of additional training to be qualified in both fields, and with massage there are so many techniques, This Guy is a Unicorn.

It happened to me with my first chiro session I had a smaller woman try to move the limbs on me around (6’’6 245) at the time and she couldn’t even do the basics because of lack of stength

I had been getting what was claimed to be deep tissue massage but after 3 years the therapist says there isn't anything more that can be done, they tried everything and nothing is working.

I realized this is likely the same injury I have been dealing with. All the same symptoms and movement restrictions in the same places, etc. Unfortunately I do not live in Florida where this chiropractor practices.
I was hoping you could share what to look for in a GOOD chiropractor. I've heard too many stories of quack chiropractors so I am very hesitant and nervous. but I am also very aware if I don't get this addressed I'll probably be a hunchback and feel like i'm 90.
