As a massage therapist, I find this sooo satisfying!! Not often you see a chiropractor pay this much attention to the "Pre" before cracking. Love it
As a massage therapist I'm watching him work sl hard and feeling achy for him. Hope he gets as much body care for himself, that's got to wear on his own body too.
I would love rubbing his body too.

“We’re just stretching”
…….Rest in peace.
The chiropractor has the best posture I’ve ever seen. The entire time he’s bent over using his elbow his back & neck are straight the entire time. Incredible
90% of "chiropratic" is releasing stored emotion in the musculo-skeletal system, his posture could be great but the tension/compression of opposing muscle groups is what should be observed to determine "healthy posture"
Wym? That's wrong? You mean for the patient? so what should u do?
ive seen better
You can tell how much this chiropractor loves what he does and it sounds like that passion stems from his dad. From the amount of time he spent with this patient to the meticulous attention to detail and his clear explanations of what he’s doing every step of the way, why it’s important to address each physical issue and how it all plays into the patient’s longevity and long term quality of life.
Well said
It would be nice to see the dad's technique

I know his exact pain. I’ve had a knot behind my shoulder blade for YEARS from a few baseball and basketball shoulder injuries. Add running competitively for about 20 years, my neck and upper back are about as tight as can be. My aunt’s a sports chiropractor and has always said that I’m the most tense and tight patient she’s ever had. Watching this ENTIRE VIDEO after saving it because it showed up on my recommendations awhile ago, I felt his pain. Best of luck, bro. This type of pain is beyond depressing to me on a daily basis; especially when trying to relax to fall asleep most nights.

You have to love when your chiropractor quotes a line from The Princess Bride while assessing your pain level. He is such a great blend of skilled clinician, healer, teacher and counselor!
The untangling of the scar tissue (the rubbing with the green tool) is called Gua Sha in Chinese Traditional Medicine. Glad to see it in use by other practitioners!
I have that green tool here at home, we've had it over thirty years, I'm gonna start using it NoW...
I was scanning through the comments hoping someone would mention this scraping technique, Thank You so much!

My chiropractor is done with me after like 10 minutes and doesn't seems to possess half the knowledge of this chiropractor.
This chiropractor has a background in Massage Therapy. Most chiropractors do not perform massage, they may work with massage therapist and vice versa to refer clients back and forth. Getting a massage prior to adjustments is commonly recommended. But rarely would someone get a 2-in-1 special like this. It takes a lot of additional training to be qualified in both fields, and with massage there are so many techniques, This Guy is a Unicorn.
Same here
He is probably a sports chiropractor, they are a lot more invasive, when regular chiropractors just focus on the spine. Sport chiropractors look at everything.
Ur chiropractor is also prolly half the price he is lol. Our local chiro’s about ain’t worth going
Get a deep tissue massage by a good masseuse. Some chiropractors think they’re above doing massages
This man’s pain tolerance is unreal. I’ve had some of this done, but not nearly on this level, and it’s excruciating.
The knot in my shoulder blade and the tingle in my arm made me watch. 30 seconds in seeing that awesome stretch & crack...I have NEVER wanted to meet a doc in person so much in my life!
I don’t know why this was recommended to me but I’m so glad it was. Most satisfying video I’ve seen in years. That poor man!! And doctor lol both had quite a workout
Love how he puts his whole body into it. Seems like he truly cares for his patients.
Man I didn’t realize this until I went, some patients need the doctor to use his/her full body strength or the crack or whatever your trying to achieve won’t work. It happened to me with my first chiro session I had a smaller woman try to move the limbs on me around (6’’6 245) at the time and she couldn’t even do the basics because of lack of stength
this looks like everything wrong with me. all the same points, all the same issues.. really wish I had the funds to be able to see someone like this. The level of professionalism along with actually explaining everything is bar none. Keep up the awesome work and hopefully one day I can make it out!

You missed the point that the upper neck posture caused the issues and referred pain in the shoulders & scapula. Use to get a lot of pain in my shoulders & between my shoulder blades and noticed when getting a massage my neck just at the base of my head has a lot of tension. I definitely had a head forward posture. After watching this video it’s all fallen into place and something no one pointed out before. Think you have to watch the whole thing to appreciates
This was such a beautiful video. I tend to be afraid of going in like that on my clients because I hate the idea of bruising, but videos like this one change my perspective and most certainly will have me helping my clients better.
This is amazing. I feel like you're helping my neck pain because that is exactly where all my problem is. More chiropractors need to be more Intentional like this.

I’m 33 and I’ve been suffering from an injury like this for almost ten years. My chiropractor I’ve been going to for 5 years sees me for a total of five minutes per visit. I also pay for one deep tissue massage a month. I’m better than I was but I see something like this and can only imagine how much pain I could be free of with the proper care 😞
You need to go see a physiotherapist. They at least will give you advice on exercises and lifestyle changes that will be free of charge.
Get a physio to see if it’s your neck- simple neck extension exercises could help fix it. Sit on a Swiss ball if you work at a desk and maintain core strength and posture with proper Pilates class (usually through a physio).
I’m 46 on disability from whiplash. All from my neck injury (dissection of blood vessels from neck to the brain ) I’ve tried it all and it always makes it worse . No matter how many times I go back . I’ve been through all this .. the pain is insane . It all
Comes right back a day or two later
Same here. I have similar issues and literally all the one I went to did was use a big massage wand on my shoulder blade and do cupping on the right shoulder. Never touched the neck at all which is why I was going in the first place. In and out in about 10-15 minutes.
I had been getting what was claimed to be deep tissue massage but after 3 years the therapist says there isn't anything more that can be done, they tried everything and nothing is working.
I have Straightened cervical vertebrae and starting to have deteriorating disks because it's not being treated.
Yess ! Quit your chiropractor & find another one !
I'm a vet tech (which generally signifies I weigh about 110 lbs and my spine and neck are so messed up and out of wack from wrestling animals and contorting my body every day all day). I realized this is likely the same injury I have been dealing with. All the same symptoms and movement restrictions in the same places, etc. Unfortunately I do not live in Florida where this chiropractor practices.
I was hoping you could share what to look for in a GOOD chiropractor. I've heard too many stories of quack chiropractors so I am very hesitant and nervous. but I am also very aware if I don't get this addressed I'll probably be a hunchback and feel like i'm 90. As I've been teaching for 7 years now, I already feel as if my body has aged faster than my peers. I have a lot more pain than than others my age. Thank you.
Dude you're amazing, that patient is so happy! Well done
