I would love to see this as an animated short film. A robot locked away in an attic only with its books and love for writing. Kind of like a Hunchback of Notre Dame story.
I have listened to this video well over thirty times while editing my novel, "Before the Shadows," over a period of a year, and I am proud to say that I am putting the finishing touches on it while listening to this once again. There was nothing else I wanted to hear but this beautiful, somewhat nostalgic playlist video. It is a somber blend of gothic and whimsical songs, and always a joy to listen to. Thank you to Tale Foundry for this collection. I'll be listening for years to come.
My name is Caleb Heald and I started writing to this exact video, I will be revisiting this comment in the future if it happens to do well or if anyone would like to read it.
The mad lad came out with another one. The prior one was top tier reading/audio book music. And now, I'm just listening to it, not even writing or reading, just listening.
I was just going to sit down and draw with some chill music and then saw this. This is literally the best vibe ever, thank you Tale Foundry. This is awesome.
I found this channel again, after some time... regretfully, I forgot how much this channel meant to me, and, up until recently haven't felt any motivation or drive. for some reason this really helped me, watching your videos, listening to them, and just being inspired was something I loved doing before, I can't believe I forgot. Thanks as always, for being here, even if it was just a coincident. :)
I thank you kind one, for bringing me the courage to push forward with my works of writing. I nearly gave up a few times, I found you a few years ago and went back to how I thought when I was a child, creative, imaginative, curious. You all get the idea, I'm not here to ramble about myself but I am here to say that for anyone who is in a rough spot, either in life, motivation, works, projects, etc. You have people around you. Even if it's a stranger you met last week or a passerby for instance. The only thing holding people back from writing 51 essays in a day is the idea that there's a limit on creativity. I believe that those that struggle for a story are simply bombarded with too much of it. I wish you best of luck my friends, and may fortune find you in good spirits. Stay safe everyone, times are ne'er certain.
This is just a BEAUTIFUL mastery of artistic brilliance. Each of the soundtracks (from different artists) compiled into one magnificent masterpiece. I cannot get enough of this amazing symphony of compositions when I am writing. Kudos to each of the composers for the creation and Tale Foundry for the collaboration of this fine piece of art. Honesty, this video is going to get to 1 million views just because of me.
Thank you for another great writing playlist. I love the detail that goes into the animation. The Taleoid sitting on the ink bottle kicking his feet with a look of child-like delight on his face is especially cute. @00:40:24
Creating a world, a story, can be so very lonely sometimes. Having a channel where just seeing a thumbnail reminds me of the passion all these others have for the same thing I do... Thanks. Has helped on more late night writing sessions where the story just put me over a barrel than I care to admit.
I don't do as much worldbuilding as I do character design and creation, but I've been putting together a playlist on Spotify for when I'm working on characters. Since most all of the characters I generally try to come up with are fantastical or at least fictional, I keep what I add to this playlist to fantastical music. It always felt like it was missing something, and this playlist seems to be it! It's like when you're trying to come up with a way to tie two storylines from two arcs together, and you finally find a way to do so...

Thank you for this. I've been using this mix since it first came out as background music for writing. Sure I'll change up from time to time for intense scenes or to find something that fits the mood of what I'm writing, But I always come back to this. The second I put it on my brain goes into writing mode. Thank you again, it has been a great tool to train my brain when it's time to write.
These types of things become the soundtrack to my life. I listen at work, I listen at home on a lazy Sunday afternoon cleaning the house, taking my daughter for a walk through town, or coming along with me on a great book.
Tale, you’ve helped me in so many ways discover things about my story I never would have noticed on my own. One day I will show the world what I believe will change stories forever. I have faith that I created something unlike anything the world has seen.
It would be so cool to see a collection of things viewers have written while listening to these amazing playlists. They put me in the mood to write like nothing else, picking up abandoned projects and starting new ones.
In my opinion, though a rather long explanation for my statement: I find this channel very calming, yet entertaining all at once. A perfect example of one to go for when wanting to relax after a long and stressful day, getting absorbed into the world of fantasy and tranquility. - At first, I didn’t think much about the subject but rather the smooth animations. Later finding the music to be simply..extraordinary. Now, I find this channel to be a comfort zone of sorts, one owns land of freedom and creativity, even storytelling, which is my favourite kind of content to lay my eyes on, satisfyingly and remarkably being uniquely fit into one place. Like a perfect puzzle, with the pieces coming neatly arranged on a canvas displaying art. Tales Foundry, to my very own delightful surprise, is one channel that truly inspires me to draw things beyond limits, to matter the outcome. My mind being drawn immediately to the music, animation, and particularly the choice of words to describe each story and its meaning. - Personally, I do have a vocabulary of words that is written or spoken in a rather..one way to describe it, easily defined as “odd” or “formal” manner, considering today’s modern society. Though, fascinatingly so, I feel like I relate to this mysterious robot. As my world is vastly different, each person on this earth having different ways of thinking and communicating, understanding each concept of reality. Considering that my interests generally consisting of liking music, art, reading and liking sci-fi and fantasy related things, this one place is, easily putting it, perfect for me. - Im writing this comment to thank the creator, or creators behind this one channel. For having such a community of dedicated people, appreciating the vast diversity and creativity of every video put together. Hereby glad to be one part of this amazing place, truly feeling like a queen in my own palace. Although good things do unfortunately come to an end, I hope to see the journey of this channel continue for as long as I exist in this world, merely because I find it comforting..feeling like a inner child finally being able to explore my mind without any other reason to stop and feel judged by society and its standards. Thank you, Tale Foundry. ^_^
I have a little head cannon. At the beginning they were built by an industrial family for work and little details. The family had a big library with all the books of the world. One day the family disappeared. I don't know how. After a while the big robot, that I call the Tale founder, found the library and educated himself in literature and world building and the Taleroids joined him. Since then they spend their days reading and writing Stories.
I've had a couple ideas for things swim into my head in the last few days and I was never able to really *grasp* them. This is helping me do just that. Maybe they'll turn out to be ideas people've thought of before, but it's still fun to build off of something that popped into my head out of nowhere, regardless of what else might be out there.
This playlist is amazing. Your videos have helped refine my work in ways I never considered and given me the tools to craft the best version of my fantasy world. I'm only a few weeks from releasing my first book, and I can't wait to see where you're videos will take me when I start the second! Thanks, Tale Foundry!!🤗😭😭

I wrote a story while listening to this playlist. What do you guys think? The vibrant, golden sun dipped quickly over the idle market, casting the town in a pallid light. Julia stood by a fruit stand with her father, grasping her hand. She barely reached his stomach in height and stood patiently waiting for her father to finish purchasing a bundle of fruits. She whirled her head to the horizon once she noticed the sun sinking and stared in awe as an elegant object fluttered to her. It appeared to be a bug, perfectly symmetrical and embellished with ornate patterns laced through each other. A violent shade of cerulean covered its wings, and its borders dark black stream speckled with orange dots. Its antenna glowed with bioluminescence and flickered as it hovered. Julia watched as it raced through the air, zig-zagging and looping in flawless succession. Julia felt her father’s hand loosen, so she removed hers from his grasp and followed the bug. The bug seemed entitled to a friendly game of tag and zipped down the hill Julia was on. Julia giggled and ran after the bug, playing along with the game. The cool grass tickled her bare feet, the faint wind pushed her forward as she tracked the bug through the silent shops and homes, and a secluded thicket tucked off to the corner of the town showed. Julia watched as it soaked into the trees but emerged for her to find. She slipped through the trees and darted after the light, stepping on soft piles of leaves rather than jagged sticks. She pushed past the remaining trees as the rough terrain transitioned to spongy sand that massaged her feet. Her eyes flitted left to right then she gasped once she could see the bug again by the shoreline. Accompanying the insect were dozens more uniquely colored bugs, forming a makeshift rainbow. The flurry of irregularly fused colors ignited the now dull sky in a flash of radiance. Her eyes widened, her mouth gaping as she slowly walked to them. The sand squished under her delicate footsteps, and gentle ripples reached her toes. She waded further until the water climbed her ankles. Looking up at the insects, they floated in place, studying her as she treaded deeper. Once she caught up with them, they bolted off even farther to the now-rising moon. Julia laughed and trailed them. Seaweed brushed against her ankles, and eventually, the water started pulling at her knees. Suddenly, an upturned rock abruptly crashed against her foot and sent her plummeting into the water. She flailed desperately against the ruthless sea and tried to find her footing. She let loose a sharp cry, but the water muffled her and sent an aggressive wave down her throat as the water slowly carried her deeper. “Julia!” a deep voice cried, though she only heard half of it. She whipped around in all directions to find the source of the sound. “Julia!” it went again. Her ears went underwater again and didn’t emerge, forbidding her to hear the yells. The water stung her eyes, and waves tugged at her body. No, not waves. Firm hands tugged at her body and pulled her up. She could faintly make out a big shape as the hands grabbed under her pits and carried her near the thicket. Once her vision cleared, it revealed her father, a terrified look imprinted on his face. He embraced her in a tight hug, then knelt on the pillowy sand and stared at his daughter. “Are you ok, honey?” Julia’s father was a large man, wearing a cream chambray shirt with top buttons unfastened. Jet black hair covered his arms, poked out the top of his shirt, and draped his face in an unkempt beard. Julia slowly nodded her head. Her father dropped his head, sighed in relief, and then turned back at her, his face solemn. “Why did you run off? That was very irresponsible of you; you are lucky I could see you from the market,” he motioned a finger to the hill. Julia was silent. Then, “I was. . . following a pretty bug.” He rested his hands on his shoulders. “Don’t you ever do that to me again,” he whispered, his voice breaking as he gave another affectionate hug. “Never.” He stood up and took her by the hand, leading her back to the hills.

Moonsong. I knew that was Adrien Ziegler as soon as I heard the wind instruments. This is a beautiful compilation. This has really helped with writing the creation of the cosmos in my DnD setting

to anyone who cares to read heres the world building i got don in 30 mins of this playlist MAGIC SYSTEM Groups of mystic include but are not limited to- Eartics (those on earth in forests !not the common name or for diff regions!) Meridians (those who live underwater !not the common name or for diff regions!) Nebulite (cloud persons !not the common name or for diff regions!) Mystic types: Elf, Witch, Hybrid, Harpy, Aquatician, Neobulite Magic types: Natural(weather, plants, animal), Craft(verbal spells, handwoven, speed and time manipulation), Visional (illusions, future/past vision, necromancy) Water (only water manipulation) Elf rules and stuff: one specific subtype of magic normally of the Natural or Visional type. They have natural agility with higher jumps and tend to be 5’8”- 6’7”. Witch rules and stuff: start only knowing simple handwoven Craft magic at birth and can learn all types of magic though uncommon to master more than 2. Genetics work the same way as humans. All witches earn a staff that is made of a gem when they master Craft magic. The gem holds an animal spirit that lets magic be more powerful. Spirits can take physical form through the gem for up to 2 hours. Animal hybrid rules and stuff (animal human mixes, Harpys): they know one Natural magic subtype at first. Animal hybrids have the ears, nose, tail and feet of their animal and have access to that animal's ability (harper can run fast and jump a bit higher, a squirrel hybrid would be able to climb trees fast) their height varies, smaller animals being shorter. Harpys must learn magic on their own with a general number leaning to natural weather magic. They have large powerful wings that can send deadly gusts of wind in any direction. The heights tend to differ on the average side.
Aquatician *a-qua-ti-see-an* rules and stuff (not joined to mystic politically): they can all manipulate water to their will. They have technical hair that can extend and retract to help the Aquatician. They have gills on their necks and spiny fins at their forearms and calves, as well as webbed fingers and toes. They have varying heights. Neobulite (not connected to mystics politically): born with Natural weather magic. Dance on clouds to change weather and move around. They have cloud like hair they can fly one that is always1 foot longer than their full body height in any moment ex. They crouch, their hair shortens until they stand normally again. Live in the city of Nubela *new-veh-la* in clouds, shunned if they cut off their hair.they tend to be tall with a thin and feather like body
In a twilight workshop where shadows dance, A creator spins worlds in a whimsical trance. Brush strokes divine, palette's embrace, Crafting tales in this ambiguous place. Legends rise, where dreams take their cue, In the workshop's glow, is it me or is it you? Laughter echoes, realms intertwine, An enigmatic masterpiece, is it yours or mine?

Then, “I was. . . following a pretty bug.”
He rested his hands on his shoulders. “Don’t you ever do that to me again,” he whispered, his voice breaking as he gave another affectionate hug. “Never.” He stood up and took her by the hand, leading her back to the hills.

MAGIC SYSTEM
Groups of mystic include but are not limited to- Eartics (those on earth in forests !not the common name or for diff regions!) Meridians (those who live underwater !not the common name or for diff regions!) Nebulite (cloud persons !not the common name or for diff regions!)
Mystic types: Elf, Witch, Hybrid, Harpy, Aquatician, Neobulite
Magic types: Natural(weather, plants, animal), Craft(verbal spells, handwoven, speed and time manipulation), Visional (illusions, future/past vision, necromancy) Water (only water manipulation)
Elf rules and stuff: one specific subtype of magic normally of the Natural or Visional type.
Let's go Vindsvept is in here!!

This playlist is better than the last one!
Thanks you guys. This really helped me 😊
Beautiful music, this playlist was perfectly put together. Definitely using it again for writing.
In a twilight workshop where shadows dance,
A creator spins worlds in a whimsical trance.
Brush strokes divine, palette's embrace,
Crafting tales in this ambiguous place.
Legends rise, where dreams take their cue,
In the workshop's glow, is it me or is it you?
Laughter echoes, realms intertwine,
An enigmatic masterpiece, is it yours or mine?
Was just going thru ur account two days ago hoping you’d had more of these playlists!
These types of places really help me to chill out and let my mind wonder off to we’re ever. It’s really helped me with my writing thanks for doing these videos
