Hey Mike, thanks for the advice about how to do incline crunches! Also, I have been doing intermittent fasting for about 2.5 months, and I wanted to mention 2 Ayurvedic Herbs which SUPPRESS APPETITE (and also reportedly, cure diabetes, malaria, leprosy, and more.) These are: Berberine + Caralluma Fimbriata (cactus leaf extract). Called 'famine' herbs, they suppress both hunger + thirst. They really help me at night, when my stomach hurts (and growls) during fasting. One drawback is that during the first week, they may cause slight nausea, so during that time, I only took them at night. Otherwise, they are literally meal substitutes in terms of satiation. As a point of interest I also use Ayurvedic Herbs for body building strength : these are namely Punarnava, Haritaki and Ashwagandha, all of which singly will increase your strength by powers of magnitude, put together, they will heal kidney failure and more. (As a perk, I don't know if you ever picked up internal parasites traveling, but these herbs are the only known treatment that works and does not damage your internal organs, for that also. NON TOXIC!!)
And: I don't ant to preach to you here, but I notice you drink directly from the water tap, in many of your vids. Britain may be different, but you should NEVER do that in the USA. ALWAYS DRINK FLUORIDE FILTERED WATER (in the Usa, and everywhere else its possible). Fluoride calcifies your soft tissues: it causes INJURIES, and effects important organs like the brain, heart.

Post Script: Just watching your nutrition video on Creatine, and was very surprised L-Glutamine was not included. In all honesty, I cant even do cardio, without it. That's No 1 on my list of REQUIRED supps. Would love to see you do a vid on L-Glutamine, its really a VERY interesting Amino Acid, it is used in hospital settings to prevent infant mortality, to help people on life support, etc. It also satiates hunger very well. And no more rigor mortis (lol). Further: I wanted to recommend a brand of herbals bottled in Florida called BARLOWES HERBAL ELIXERS. They offer a wide variety of very exotic herbal extracts which are super fun to experiment with: plus the bonus that the USA safety standards are 100% in production (something you have to worry about if you buy these herbs imported from asia).
In one of your vids, you mentioned that you hurt your shoulder joint. There is a BARLOWES HERBAL ELIXER extract which will help : Cissus Quadrangularis, in latin, also known as the extract of Frankinscense. Its remarkably EFFECTIVE for joint pains of all kinds, also treats rheumatism. My own explorations into herbals have to do with trying to find fairly complex antidotes to diseases of internal medicine to help my father (now deceased). I read dozens of books on Chinese Medicine, before he died, to try to help him with a complex interconnected set of co-morbid issues: including diabetes, liver disease, kidney issues (related to diabetes), blood cleansing, osteo-arthritis and more. Those CAN be treated with herbs, and in fact, most herbal applications are cleaner, safer, and more effective than patent medicines. The trick is understanding CHINESE (lol). Thankfully, many books have now been translated into English -- in part through necessity of flight from communist china. Etc
Mike: I read your bio -- my birthday is August 17 th. We share the same natal star : Regulus (the heart of the lion). Since my father was from Preston, in Lancashire, we probably also share a fair amount of DNA. These antidotes might help you. :)

You're comparing Mike potentially buying 1k worth of home gym equipment vs your 5kg dumbbells and stairs for incline bench press and calling it a 'home gym' 😂😂 Cope is real from poor kids.

There are so many workouts out there and so many fitness pros that change the workouts for the same body part every day. Is it wrong to just use this workout for my legs/glutes? I only have access to dumbbells and 5gallon water bottles. How many times a week should I do this for max results? I run /sprint 2-3 times per week also and am working towards doing my first pull up. It’s the tempo of the exercise. So for the Romanian deadlift it says 3120. That means you should spend 3 seconds down, 1 second hold at the bottom, 2 seconds up and 0 seconds hold at the top. Works in the same vein for the other exercises. I think that’s what it is anyway.

No problem with Mike doing them in this video with an almost empty gym. I would do a bit more research if I were you. Pretty much every "Expert" in the doc has some investment in a vegan product of some kind, which is ironic since an argument used in the doc is that some of the meat based studies are financed by the dairy farmers of America. I personally believe the more plant based we can be the better for the planet, but to say that its fundamentally better for humans in every way is just plain incorrect. At best it's as good or nearly as good as an omni diet.
