    As a woman looking for pull day alternatives to the lat and cable machines, can I just thank you for not shouting! What an absolute breath of fresh air not to be bawled and screamed at! I actually learned something and listened instead of trying to endure someone roaring at me! . Usually I give up because the person is shouting like a maniac. Subscribed! Great video. Thank you!

    Dudes, thanks for making this video. Yesterday's miserable back work out (didn't feel like I hit what I wanted to) led me to realize I needed a good dumb bell work out (all my gym has is a good dumb bell set and a bench). I just didn't know what I could do with dumb bells to get an effective workout, now I do.

    If anyone else is like me and doesnt have heavy enough dumbbells to actually over load the back, start the workout by doing pull ups, bodyweight rows, basically the hard bodyweight stuff, cause after youre finished with those, trust me those dumbbells are going go feel heavier than they are, also try to do supersets and always control the movements
    (For bodyweight rows i do then on rings, but if u dont have them, well first of all try to get your hands on them, they are amazing, makes everything so much harder and theres so many things you can do. But if not, do what i did, pretty much you take 2 towels, long ones, or any kind of a strong rope and hang them from a pull up bar, and then start doing rows, the lower they are to the ground and the higher your feet elevation, the harder the movement is gonna be)

    • @diedraaschenbeck8876
      @diedraaschenbeck8876 4 роки тому

      Yep. I also start with pull ups for that reason. But God I miss heavy weights on back day. :(

      @zazazaza-fs3zo 4 роки тому

      @@diedraaschenbeck8876 :Dd as do I, heavy rows, not to mention deadlifts, I miss just going all out like I used to, but training at home has its own advantages, I gotta be twice as dedicated if I wanna continue my progress, especially on back, its the hardest bodypart to hit without much weight, but stuff like chest,legs,shoulders aren't so hard in comparison to back :Dd

    The lower dumble row do not work on the lower part of the lats! The lats at this movment activated when you do shoulder extantion. The christmas tree created only because of fat%. The lats connected to your spine by the thoracolumber fassa and that creats the shape.
