Absolutely excellent guide! Really appreciate the insight on the uses and tastes of different shrimp. Also, I have used Seafood Watch by the Monterey Bay Aquarium to learn about sustainable fish and seafood. It's a great reference.

Your videos are so helpful, thank you! And to think I was always buying fresh shrimps, as I thought they were better options...
Have you ever thought about making a guide to mushrooms? Most recipes use only button mushrooms or portobello mushrooms and it's straight up boring! I come from Poland and there is so many wonderful kind there, like chanterelles, saffron milk cups, porcinis. I can see that asian mushrooms become more and more popular, but I don't know much about them and how to use them and how to pair them. Please consider making this kind of video!

Whenever we go out for dinner, steamed shrimps are always the choice #1 for the entire fam...they come head and shell on, and I'm never able to remove the unwanted stuff to get only the flesh... my sis does all the work for me... by the way I'm 22 and she's 17... I know such a shame!!!!
The point is that, I would never ever make it a success "deshelling" and "deheading" a shrimp!!!!

Skipped the hard part of taking off the tail, lazy....It is difficult to get the meat out of the tail and terrible to deal with it after cooked. Take off tail prior to cooking for a more relaxing meal and to get the most meat out of your shrimp.
