Ugh! I’m stuck. I have a 2015 Kia Sorento EX 3.3L engine... so not this one but, the coolant temperature sensor fits the car symptoms. Temp gauge doesn’t move now. The fan stays on now for a few minutes after turning the car off, and check engine light is on. Code reader is P0118 “Engine coolant temp circuit high input”
Soo... my problem is that I can’t find anything that shows where it is for my car with the bigger engine, even the repair manual doesn’t mention it at all so it doesn’t make logical sense when everything tells me that is my problem, so hoping you see this soon and can help.
