When I was in the final stages of my divorce, my soon to be ex-husband and I were trying to figure out who got what as far as material items. I was in a better financial position than he was and he was whining about what he wanted. I finally said you can take everything up un here, I just want you to go! I kept the formal dining room and that was it. Refurnishig the whole house, including washer/dryer Lol, was worth my peace and not to go through stuff like this. Sleeping on the floor for a few days was so worth it!!!

If you all have ever wondered why so many women don’t bother with the courts when they are victims of emotional, verbal, physical, and mental abuse please refer to this case. JM allowed this man who had no basis for a lawsuit to use this court as a means to continue to torture his ex and then added insult to injury by constantly shaming her for the decisions made in the heat of the moment.
The Judge has to rule based on law not emotions.

The judge should know that you cannot just remove a name from a joint bank account. It has to be closed.
That's not true. I removed my name from a joint account that I had when I was married to my ex husband and he still has the account.

I believe her. I can tell cuz I was the same way with my ex,after he threatened me and abused me. I stayed civil,kind,to save my life. I even drove my kids to him,dropped them off,picked them up. It was my gut that told me,we would be safe,he would not kidnap our kids,if I was nice,kind. I was right. He even apologized to me,later,crying. So sometimes u have to follow your gut.

He reminds me of a man who on our first date took me to a rest where his ex wife and daughter would be knowing they would be there, even excused himself to go speak to them. Then got mad because I refused to see him ever again.

I recently went on a date with a man who dropped his money clip near a bank of trash cans at Panera. Instead of asking for help, he was literally on his hands and knees crawling around looking for his money clip under the trash cans. I was too appalled to even be embarrassed. I could write a book about all the bad dates I've been on; some behaved so badly before we even met face-to-face we never made it to the first date.

Years ago I dated a guy with the same personality as defendant. Life is a bowl of cherries for them until things don't go there way then they become enraged like a 5 year old having a temper tantrum, and it's over the stupidest things. Grow up. His actions in court showed he is just a big baby with no control over his own emotions.

Two years of storing his belongings and the plaintiff still doesn’t have his own place. It appears that he’s drawing everything out to keep seeing the defendant; gave her the dogs to keep seeing her. He told to put the washer/dryer payment towards care of the one dog’s disease. Now that she doesn’t want to have any further contact he’s sued her.
She can file when ever she wants . The judge didn't need to worry about that. It's actually none of her business. And asking about why they have a joint bank account after the divorce . It's about the washer and dryer not about personal stuff .

He just wanted to punish her again and he can only do that in court because of the restraining order. It's rare to see someone on these shows look as stressed and scared as she does. He's pissed because she left him and got herself someone better.

People that experience Domestic Abuse can't always just immediately call and ask for help. It's a power and control dynamic. There's been way too many victims that have to just... survive. They can't call and run away because they know there would potentially be consequences for getting law enforcement involved. Yeah its simple to just call 911, but sometimes it makes things worse in abusive relationships and can make the abuser snap. Too many victims have been stuck. Too many have died. Too many couldn't just simply speak out and "do the right thing". When you live with a narcissist, it's all about control and fear. Knowing they could hurt you or ruin your life is enough fear to keep a person down who's endured enough already. So no, she simply can't just call the police and it'll all magically be gone. They already showed up on camera and they let him walk free.

I believe she just asking to see the current relationship and personality between the two since they are divorced. Which can be helpful because professionals can tell who tends to lie and who tends to tell the truth more.

$500 for vet bills.. crazy. My dog is 21 (human) years old and has only had one emergency vet trip, and I still ended up doing the treatment at home with human medicine for a fraction of the cost of the initial vet visit. Crazy.

She was done before she got the info she looked for to divorced him. Something tells me it was a terrible relationship he was looking for something outside of it ( he totally responsible for his actions) and once she got that info she was not letting it go.
There is definitely an underline scent of resentment here and i think it's there before she found the evidence of them cheating.
