i am also a goalkeeper and i saw a mistake when you were diving. instead of diving backwards you should dive a littile bit to the front so you could actually save the ball instead of just letting it go in

Great video, what we’ve learnt from this is that most of these products are either not very useful or a cheaper alternative can be used

The goal bungee can teach you not to leave the goal box during a game because your body thinks you will be held back.
The goalkeeper bungee is used for corner awarness:)

It gives more air resistance behind you so running is harder, similar to how running uphill is harder because of the increased gravity.
