Applesauce Spice Cakelets | Trying out the Nordic Ware Autumn Treat Pan

Hello!! Thank you for choosing Mrs. Dee's Baking TV. I'm Mrs. Dee and I simply LOVE to bake. Follow along as I show you step by step instructions on how to bake there cute little cakelets!
I found these adorable fall themed Nordic Ware pans at my local Home Good store.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Spray pan with baking spray or flour and butter
Applesauce Spice Calelets
1 Cup Unbleached flour
1 Cup brown Sugar, packed
3/4 Cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 Cup butter, melted
1 large egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
11/2 tsp vanilla
Bake 20-30 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.

Yes, you can wrap these and cellophane first. Then place them in a ziplock bag and freezer for up to 6 months. But they're so delicious they won't last that long 😆. Thank you so much for watching! 🤗
