Bakers consider sugar not to be a dry ingrediënt. It's a wet ingrediënt! It should be added to all the other wet ingrediënts so it can desolve. And if your toothpick comes out dry, you have a dry cake, because it still bakes for 10 minutes when it's out of the oven. You should have a few crums on the toothpick and then take it out. Turn it after 10 minutes, release it and let it cool with the bundt pan on top of it so it stays moist inside. All tips from a famous master baker! Another tip wich prefends the cake from sinking, for every 130 grams of flour, replace 20 grams with cornstarch.
By dark cocoa powder, I think you mean Dutch process. Please sample your dish on the video to show us how it looks and tastes. When using any aerosol can, always hold it upright or it won't spray correctly. When I do this, I just take the pan and can into the backyard and spray away, holding the can upright and tilting the pan to get all the corners.
