    This program is worth every penny!!!!!!! So healthy, resets your taste buds, resets your mindset around food! An award winning program in my opinion ❤️❤️❤️ I lost 40 lbs with no increase in exercise, couldn't believe it, every time i stepped on the scale. Also, i was already trying to eat whole food plant based diet, but was still consuming oil, not a lot, but it makes a huge difference. Also, i was struggling with binge eating the high caloric foods.     I love this way of eating and have been doing so since you started your Utube channel. You even responded to some of my questions asked. Ty. But now I’m in my late 50s and doing more strength training and hearing a lot of protein concerns in aging women. It’s like a pound per body weight. I cant eat that many legumes and you rarely talk about protein powders. I would love to hear your thoughts in a video. Thanks for all your videos.

    Just started on the plant based diet
    I’ve been adding oatmeal etc but I recently got some morning star burgers
    While these contain some oil they are better than turkey or hamburgers

    Ingredient ninja! My shopping cart is always tons of produce, canned veggies/beans, pasta, rice and that's about it. I do enjoy a packaged veggie burger every once in awhile though 😉

    Hi, Emmie, I'd love your advice and thoughts on how to start having potatoes, in particular sweet potatoes. I'm scared because I always associate potatoes with high starch, high carb, and as a result, won't I gain a ton of wt. ? But I really would like to try it, I have a feeling Icould learn to like it ( potatoes in general ) and just wondering, how do I start? do i just dive in and force myself?

    Hey sweet Emmi! I am trying to loose a few pounds gained while being laid up with inactivity a bad hip caused, then hip replacement surgery. yikes! Anyway, I do still look at the ingredients lists as you taught me, I’m just wondering what is the maximum number of fat grams in one day while trying to loose weight, could one have from the middle of

    So confusing to say that it’s better to eat plant based and yet all the plant based packaged products are highly processed. I was vegan for 5 years and it destroyed my health and I was perfectly fine beforehand. Do NOT DO IT. I wish I could shake 19 year old me and show what it would do to me, but it’s a horrible, horrible thing…and I was educated! We need a lot of protein, high bioavailability. Meat is amazing for you. I’ve lost most of my weight eating more meat than I ever have with loads of vegetables. And nuts/seeds? Just measure them mindfully. I ate less fat because I wanted to be lower calorie but it messes with my hormones to a point that it was harder to lose weight despite a calorie deficit. Just learn to ear normal portions of healthy foods!
