Japan would probably be hardest to invade (in my opinion) because it’s an island nation, it has many environments that would be suitable for guerrilla warfare and it has an agreement with the USA that says if Japan is attacked, the USA will protect them and provide military assistance and supplies.
Switzerlands military is virtually non existent, they built tunnels to hide in the event of an attack, there's literally 1000s of miles of tunnel with running water and food storage all over the country.
Switzerland might have been a problem back in the day but with the Air Force the way it is in technology the way it is mountains being in the way isn't really a problem
