    Cashews nuts 50g

    Advance tips for another way to make:
    Here is a recipe for Sri Lankan Masket:
    Ingredients:
    * 1 cup all-purpose flour
    * 2 cups water
    * 1 cup sugar
    * 1/2 cup ghee
    * 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
    Instructions:
    1. In a large bowl, combine the flour and water. Mix until a dough forms.
    2. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic.
    3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
    4. After 30 minutes, divide the dough into small balls.
    5. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.
    6. Place the circles in a large pot of boiling water.
    7. Cook the circles for about 1 minute, or until they are soft.
    8. Remove the circles from the pot and drain them on a paper towel.
    9. In a large saucepan, heat the ghee over medium heat.
    10. Add the sugar and cook for about 2 minutes, or until the sugar dissolves.
    11. Add the cooked circles to the saucepan and stir to coat them in the sugar syrup.
    12. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the circles are golden brown.
    13. Remove the circles from the saucepan and let them cool on a wire rack.
    14. Sprinkle with cardamom powder and serve.
    Tips:
    * You can use any type of flour for this recipe, but all-purpose flour works best.
    * If you don't have ghee, you can use vegetable oil or butter.
    * You can adjust the amount of sugar to your taste.
    * You can add other spices to the sugar syrup, such as cinnamon or nutmeg.
    * Masket can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
