NPC Advantages: no requirements. arboliva (seed sower), gardevoir (life dew), arcanine (flamethrower burn), sylveon (moonblast), toxapex (chilling water), and other intimidators (tauros, staraptor) help. bellibolt is harmful because it can activate lightning rod with discharge, which will raise pikachu's spatk one stage.
Strategy: knock off. stored power. you'll get KO'd and respawn. wish when HP approaches half. 6x calm mind, charge tera orb w/ stored power. terastalize. stored power to victory.
Notes: I thought the intimidator might be needed, but I ran it without an intimidator and it did not make much of a difference.
Pros: tera type matches base type, decent HP, good spatk stat, outspeeds pikachu, knock off removes pikachu's light ball, halving its atk and spatk. calm mind buffs 1 spatk stage and 1 spdef stage. wish heals 50% of HP bar. stored power has a base power of 20+(# positive stat stages)*20, which amounts to 260 at +6 spatk/spdef. it deals STAB (tera-boosted when terastalized) damage. cloak prevents paralysis from thunder (normally 21% chance, 30% in rain) and def drops from iron tail (normally 15% chance).
Cons: tera type not supereffective. poor def stat, mediocre spdef stat

@youngsosa007 if you're asking about the tools and technology, I have an elgato hd60 capture card and I use the software it came with. If you're asking how I find the time, I make it a priority and lose a bit of sleep. If you're asking how I get to play a once per day raid more than once per day, I mess with my switch's system clock. If you're asking how I have the resources to make all these builds, I farm between raid events and reuse stuff from my 3k+ collection in HOME. If none of that is what you were asking about, please elaborate.

@@youngsosa007 that's awesome that you're planning to set up a capture card to generate some game content for your channel. I paid $187 for mine back in 2018. I'd suggest going with one of the newer models, they've probably ironed out some of the kinks. it looks like the prices have come down. good to know, in case I decide to replace/upgrade mine.
