She was a passenger on my flight years ago. So long ago, it was on a 747! I cannot tell you how many celebrities, politicians, and famous people I have met. She was one of the kindest, sweetest people I have ever met. She was so genuine. They certainly are cute together, aren’t they? I’m happy for her.

Advertising is about getting NEW customers. The older people get, the more set in their ways they are and less likely to try new brands / new products. So the younger the age group, the more valuable they are to advertisers.

I have had family members die before the age of 70 due to poor diet/no exercise and they were skinny too. Everyone in my family is naturally slim but if you don't work out or eat right it doesn't matter. Health problems will arise if you don't watch what you put in your body or take care of it properly. The comment was coming from my own personal life experience and what I've witnessed. Diet is very important. I also don't care if people get plastic surgery and I think whatever she's done looks great on her. To each their own
Then you lack critical thinking and observation skills. Her neck is grotesque as are her feet. You can tell her face is pulled tight but the rest is a bit saggy.

I didn't say nor imply that but I think most people are easily hyped and mesmerized my celebrity to where they bullshit and lie. She does look good for 71, I guess. My grandmother has fewer wrinkles and is a little heavier, shorter and less 'glamorous'. She has gray hair. I think there is something to aging gracefully. Honestly, IDGAF about this woman nor do I really wish to diminish her but if anyone saw this same woman at Wal-Mart in a velour track suit they wouldn't be thinking the same about her. Its artifice. She starves herself, dyes her hair to a ridiculous color for her age, has an outdated hairstyle at that, plasters on makeup, has her face pulled, injects poison into her face, etc. Im sure anyone with her privilege and money could look this 'great' at 71. But to say she's flawless is a stretch and to say she would pass for 50 is utterly ridiciulous and bullshit. If anyone 50 ever looked like that, they're dying.
Finally, someone that doesn’t start their day with a smoothie and eat kale for lunch.

At the age if 71 she is simply glowing. Her marriage seems 2 be thriving and she loves her daughter and grandson.

@@Mmmkay10 She has great genetics and probably has maintained decent eating and lifestyle habits throughout her life. Keep in mind that as a celebrity she has access to better ingredients so even if she decides to eat something more indulgent it will usually be higher quality than the healthiest thing we peasants can get our hands on.
What an absolute QUEEN. Not only does she look amazing, but she just radiates this light and happy energy from within. That and good, simple foods seems to be the secret!

You can get a good quality used one on Craigslist or Ebay for like $50.
Look on Kijiji I got a pilates machine for 35.00 on Kijiji this year (obviously just makesure it's not dirty, broken bedbugs ect) I lucked out. mine was in perfect condition from a lovely little family who just didn't have room for it. There's also usually workouts on youtube to go along with whatever machine you get.
Susan Lucci never ages and always stays fit and healthy. Amazing. I used to watch her during her All My Children days decades ago and she hasn't changed an iota. It's unreal!

when I met my man ( now my husband) he said I will cook for you on our first date..i was..oh ok..he brought me to his house and sat me in the kitchen while he made spaghetti and meatballs with tomatoe sauce from scratch!! It was best conversation I've ever had and the best..never ever found better in any restaurant spaghetti meatballs meal..I know it sounds crazy but that day I knew he was the one..16 years together and 2 beautiful boys and still privileged to be eating his amazing meals.

Honestly all three of these meals look delicious. Very healthy & light, but still filling enough and very high-quality and yummy. I don't see a meal plan like that as being too unattainable either. It's nothing crazy. Coffee & yogurt for breakfast, a no-bread open-faced turkey sandwich for lunch, and salmon with veggies & salad for dinner. Yeah, greek yogurt, avocados, and salmon all the time will add up for your wallet - but there are some easy substitutions in there and overall this would be one of the easier and most reasonable celeb diets to follow IMO. I'll definitely be trying to recreate that salad - the apples and everything looks so good and I've never thought to include chives.
I must admit I was wanting more of this couple -- wonder what she would have for dessert.

No such thing as a super food, real food ( not processed) does help preven diseases whether it's fruit, veggies, meat, grains, & seeds. In combination with other whole foods helps prevent cancers, diabetes & helps with weight control.
I understand about choosing fruit over french fries. I now choose fruit over chocolate. I used to binge eat so for me it's a total win.

She is an ICON. Over the years, she became one of my favorite people. Her Mom is swedish...my neighbor's family was swedish and they have a lot of similarities.

Nice to see someone sharing a long happy marriage. The food seems very healthy and balanced. There are no grains, but having issues with insulin, I actually eat like this when following medical advice.

I fell in love with Susan Lucci when she was on All My Children. I would race the 7 blocks home from school at lunch and only muss the first 5 minutes because it started at noon. It was only a 30 minute long show back when it first aired. Then I found out we shared the same birthday except she was 6 years older than me. I wanted to be her until Cher came along. Then I wanted to be both of them.
