@@jankalewandowska2289 what??? She spent like 5 minutes talking about her everyday food, which is oatmeal, avocado toast, a salad or a smoothie and that she works out everyday ? Part of the video is talking about her treat foods and things she likes to eat with her family? I’m sure she isn’t eating chicken and dumplings everyday and a pint of the oat milk ice cream, but it’s healthy because it shows a healthy relationship with food and allow, not like other ones where they’re extremely restrictive and unrealistic in what they’re eating like sheep yogurt and charcoal dust. But she isn’t like one of the those supermodels that pretends to eat a burger everyday. Part of being healthy isn’t just eating healthy but it’s also having a good relationships with food and being able to enjoy a night with your family without having to grilled chicken and broccoli instead of a meal with them.

Except for special occasions, holidays, birthdays, vacations, & times here & there - & her first pregnancy - she's very careful about what she eats, drinks, her exercise. Walnuts or pecans in my porridge - they're so good.Taste, texture, crunch, some protein, fat, carbohydrate, omega threes from the walnuts. Makes a real meal.

We don’t know the ins and outs of her relationships and I think it’s unkind to judge. I’m sure that was never her plan, but that’s how it turned out and she just accepted her situation and has made the best of it despite the public giving their unsolicited opinions. Just think about having some grace :)

Dude she basically described my lunch yesterday and walnuts are SO underrated and they’re my favorite snack! Always fit in atleast a 30 minute run or walk. Avocados I just eat straight though 😂 martini while cooking and wine with dinner most nights though 😂
