Great review. I wanted a reminder of a trip there 5 years ago and I remember every step just like this. I'll only add all tours can be booked right at the resort and the food was just too good.

just ask for it about 2 weeks before your resevation, cause they don´t select the room you need until about the week you go

Great video you guys. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem wirh me. Does this resort have facilities in place (ramps? golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (is. from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much h, Steve S.

There are elevators, and I do recall there being ramps as well. The resort is large, so you won't be in the way of anyone if you're trying to maneuver :)

We're going next April and your tour has put my mind at rest. There are some really awful reviews on trip advisor and I've been panicking I've made a mistake. Is there lots to do during the day. We are hoping to do lots of exploring so any tips would be really appreciated

Diamonte Animal Sanctuary is not far from the resort. In fact, you can literally see the resort from there 😁
