As an overweight person, I know for a fact that I am NOT healthy. Unlike a lot of these people crying oppression, I'm actually periodically tryingin spurts and sputters to keep off the worst gains and scrape away the extra belt notches.
Based,I'm losing weight too really gotta grind to get bitches tho I'd say I'm ugly idfk, gonna try to get accepted by my high school class (Poland) Already changed how I dress and lost like 10 kg so yeah you gotta try brother
They also have the same concept: People shouldn't be shamed if they have bad grades / bad health beacuse they can always improve. Everyone does some stuff wrong, it's only human. But how people go about supporting these people in situations like this is very important. They should be supported in a way that gives them enough motivation to get back up but also ensures that they know what they did was wrong. But wrong supportive behaviour leading to being proud of having bad grades / bad health gaslights the brain into thinking that it is not a big deal and even worse, motivates that person to make even more mistakes, beacuse they get praised for it. To put it in a nutshell: Making mistakes is "ok" , but making mistakes is not "good". There is a huge difference. Supportive behaviour is much more harder and precise than everyone believes it to be. You can't just put on a "yes man" face and cheer at everything someone does. Supporting someone is both celebrating their good actions and also critiquing their wrong actions, but a lot of people seem to ignore the last one.
It really pisses me off when people say “diets dont work” because Im on one, its really hard to keep up and Im constantly tired and craving food. But you know what? I STICK to it, and it works! So worth it.
Thanks for the encouragement guys, I have to admit its gotten hard and Ive had some resets but keeping the work up and haven’t been as heavy as I used to since beginning of april👍👍
Y'know, I am obese, and I am trying to get more fit. These people who are trying to deny the reality of their situation just do not want to commit to trying to fix their problem. It annoys me that they try to spin an obvious problem into part of their "identity". It is not something to be proud of, trust me. I don't wanna die before I'm 30. I want to experience life and be with my family as much as possible. Obviously, these people have no problem having their lives go downhill. If they want to be fat and unhealthy, fine, but they better not criticize people for not "accommodating them" or some bs because that is something they chose to be.
I don’t agree with fat shaming and saying you’re less of a person for being fat, but the fact that being fat is “okay” and “celebrated” really shows how low society has gotten the last few years
Thank you I’m glad someone said it some people who hate on fat acceptance do it right but some take it too far by belittling the person and basically bulling them I don’t think fat acceptance should be a thing but I think people need to treat everyone nicely I’ve seen so many people dog on fat people for no reason just cause they’re fat so no there shouldn’t be a think called fat acceptance but in my opinion people need to be nicer like orange said himself it’s not just the 50% body fat it’s that plus the delusional mindset
The body positivity movement was originally meant for people with bodies they can’t change like amputated limbs or other unique features. It was meant for people who literally can’t change their bodies, to love themselves!!
There was an issue of Sports Illustrated that featured a swimmer with dwarfism and another athlete in a wheelchair. Then there was an obese woman doing stretches. They chose the obese woman for the cover. Imagine being dealt a hand like dwarfism, fighting against all odds to excel in an athletic field only to be featured behind a fat woman who could completely change her situation through a few years of diet and excercise.
I weight 400 pounds. I used to weight 600. Orange Peanut and these types of videos have made me want to change. I’m afraid of myself and find fellow fatsos of the opposite sex to be unattractive. I’m shooting to weight around ~200
I’m 16, 215 and 5’8”. Orangepeanut is one of the reasons I exercise daily now. I enjoy watching him while I do it and I’ve never felt better doing it. Fuck the fat acceptance bs, obesity kills(I gave up. Sorry guys)
Same bruv I'm 16 6'4 and 240 . After this whole movement started I decided I didn't want to live that way anymore and am happy to say I've lost 32 pounds so far Update: lost another 31 pounds
I have to hand it to these people, if not for them I wouldn't have become unbreakable and fit without them..they bring more inspiration than fitness instructors and gym mixes for working out!
Peanut has become my role model for fitness. Went from being a skinny guy barely able to bench the bar to having doubled the weight in 4-5 weeks. Getting the body you want is your choice kings.
I've been 315 lbs at 5'9" before. I am now 175 lbs (obviously still 5'9"). Before gaining all the weight I was around 160 lbs. I can tell you from experience on both ends of the spectrum that being a healthy weight is 1000% better, I feel 1000% more confident, I am physically capable of doing more (including fun, enjoyable activities--not just exercise), and I genuinely feel about 10 or 15 years younger. Fat acceptance is dangerous. Adults making decisions for themselves is one thing. Influencing our youth toward an unhealthy lifestyle is another. Delusions.
I got bullied by a handsome coworker for being fat and two months later i was down 50 lbs and he treated me like a queen and had a crush on me. I never put the 50 back on. I AGREE WITH THIS GUY.
losing 50 pounds healthy when you are not 350lbs would take a year or a longer my dudette. but congrats if you lost the weight, the time it took is not important if its a steady rate
I am one of peanuts overweight female viewers, and I agree 1000% that this body positivity movement is disgusting, if you are 400 pounds you are NOT healthy no matter how tall or short or however the weight looks on you, you are probably going to die sooner than everyone around you that’s in shape. I’ve been loving these videos he’s been making on this topic, it’s nice to see someone not brainwashed/ disillusioned by social media, and I’ve been feeling really inspired to get in shape 😎 thank you orange peanut !! 🧡
They just need to follow the example of Adele. She used to be fat and she was mocked by others for it but she didn't ask for fat acceptance, instead she decided to do some exercise and as a result she lost almost 45 kg (100 lbs) in 2 years. Now she wears whatever she wants while other women are crying out for larger size.
It was crazy to me how ppl actually got upset when she LOST weight. The same ppl who claim you can do what u want with your body, got upset when she successfully lost weight and got healthy.
I was thinking if I ever seen attractive people who are fat and she came up to my mind. But people can never be satisfied. When she lost weight people kept criticizing her, though she was beautiful both ways
My mother has been overweight for many years, but has worked very hard to lose weight. She still has a ways to go but is doing so much better since she started dieting. These people are an insult to her progress
I really have to congratulate your mom! I wish from the bottom of my heart that she doesn't end up like these morons, and I hope that she'll be able to live happier than ever
Same my father used to be like 245 at 6’2 and he knew it was bad so he worked out and got down to 225. These people try to celebrate being fat instead of trying to do something about it.
As an overweight teenager, I don’t get the whole fat acceptance movement bs. It’s denying reality. I’ve been trying to lose weight for two weeks now and lost 6 pounds and it feels great. Maybe these people should get up from their lazy narcissistic asses and try it because it feel a lot better when you don’t lose your breath after walking one flight of stairs Edit: 2 Months Later : Now, I'm down to 22 pounds 3 Months Later : Now down to 32 pounds 4 Months Later: Unfortunately, I hit a weight loss platue. Still 32 lbs lost, but it's better than gaining the weight back again😊
My confusion is, if fat ppl believe other ppl shouldn’t care whether or not they’re happy and healthy, shouldn’t they stop caring about what other people think? 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
That person at 3:29 has PCOS, it’s an abbreviation for polycystic ovarian syndrome and it causes women to have higher levels of testosterone and really painful periods and a lot of other complications revolving around the ovaries. It can also make weight loss difficult BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE and a lot of people in the fat acceptance community usually use it as an excuse for their unhealthy weight. Just thought I’d share that info as a female orange peanut enjoyer
At some point, especially with insulin resistance, your body can gain so much weight, which it fights and gains more weight, where it becomes a runaway freight train where you can't lose weight because you gain more than you can lose. It requires medical intervention with medications & surgery along with diet & exercise. I have PCOS. I tried to get help for weight and was constantly written off as lazy or told to diet more. I was in the military at the time. I ended up giving up and got diagnosed on accident in another health situation. I was 5'0" 110lbs my whole life. But after pcos kicked in I got to 263lbs. Started also having hormonal/emotional areas (that are being linked to that now too). I had to start therapy to get that help. After I got all the help from all the doctors, surgeons, medications & hormone corrections, I lost weight back to 118lbs. So pcos is a very valid beast of a disease that more and more people are being diagnosed with and are definitely not in the traditional "fat" or "fat shaming" categories because it is a disease that's not curable and causes a ton of problems in addition to massive weight gain. More awareness of the disease needs to be brought out in general.
Idk but wouldn't testosterone cause more muscle growth and less fat? Wouldn't women with higher testosterone have less fat and gain weight (fat) less easily and muscle more easily?
I have PCOS. I was once overweight from stress, knee injury and depression. I made up my mind I was tired of being tired and lost 80 pounds in 4 months. It’s a matter of will power. People are lazy and use excuses.

I’ve gone from 5’9 and 260 lbs to 5’10 and 230 lbs in a little under a year from joining the swim team, dieting, and losing fat while building muscle. I’m not nearly where I want to be yet but I’m getting there brahs 🔱 but seriously, I don’t know how people can be this indifferent and in denial about their own health to call someone fatphobic for stating that they’re unhealthy.
Being someone who last lost over 100 pounds, I can tell you that even if someone says that they feel comfortable in their own body, there is always a voice in their head that is constantly urging them to lose weight and reminding them that they are living a lie that they truly wish to escape.
not true. i had no idea i was considered fat until i compared weight with a friend of a different race who was very very apple bodied and carried all her weight in her belly, even though her legs were skinny twigs. i, on the other hand, had large chest, large hips, large thighs, small waist. yet, we were the same weight. and that's when it dawned on me that i am fat too. i was comfortable with it, because i liked the proportions i had, but it certainly started making me question my weight and if i need to lose some. i went a long time completely oblivious that i fell into the same category.
@@typicalgamergirl your comment made me look at your pic to see if you're a fellow black woman. It doesn't help that in the black community being a smaller woman is shamed. The focus is on having a big booty and being thick.

I can’t stand when people say “yess queeen” to overweight people showing off their body, but when it’s a skinny person they automatically switch up. not their fault they’re more attractive
Loads Fat people literally go out of their way to tell me to eat a burger and then if I said eat a salad they literally cry like the hypocrisy. AND they say losing weight is fat phobic, but when I try to gain weight all skinny people are saying is supportive comments not saying I’m skinny phobic

Enabling eating disorders is a no no. So i totally dont support this new movement. You tell me to eat more? Maybe you eat less.
No, it's litterally their "fault" they're more atractive. I mean, I myself am a believer that people should get rewarded for their hard work, and getting and STAYING skinny is hard work none the less.
For me there is a distinct difference between fat shaming, and having a decreased level of physical attraction to someone because they are considered fat. Fat shaming would be where you intentionally make someone feel guilty, upset, or to belittle someone, because they are overweight. No one should be made to feel like a lesser person. However, not being as attracted to someone because they have a lot of body fat is perfectly reasonable. You could easily replace body size with height, and how some women have tastes about men’s height. Some height preferences can be unreasonable, as can some body size/shape preferences.

Thank God I didn't grow up in the fat acceptance "movement" when I was young. I used to be a fat kid that could barely see his d**k(probably not even 2 in. but that's not the point) and that inspired me to start getting into shape. If I saw fat acceptance Target adds(IDK if you saw them or not but if you did you would know what I am talking about) I may have never gotten the inspiration to not be fat anymore. I also got teased for being a little over sized too so that helped as well. MORAL OF THE STORY, DON'T BE DILUSINAL AND GET BACK IN SHAPE. Yes, but I am sure you know damn well there is no chance in hell anyone is going to see them. Not because I am embarrassed, I just don't feel comfortable showing them.
Dudeee I totally get what you’re saying, bc as a girl growing up I would be surrounded by other girls of course, and as females for some reason we’re taught to never talk about another woman’s weight and if a girl complains about her weight we have to be nice and say they’re ‘not fat’ even when they fuckin clearly are and are like 400 pounds lmao. I was a chubby kid and no women or people ever said shit about my weight, which sucks because I could’ve easily fell down the wrong path and ended up like all these women who preach fat acceptance. As someone who is fat and has watched plenty of fat acceptance videos, I agree. They are so judgemental of people who are thin, and they call them names, whilst crying about be called names themselves. It is honestly so hypocritical, and so demeaning to others and is just plain rude.
I mean just take one look through this comment section or any one featuring large women. And just ask any of them about their experiences. That would make a person bitter. They just want a world where a physical feature would not be of so much needless ridicule
Even if society fully accepted this ""movement"". It's still not gonna work. The human body isn't just gonna change and live for 80 years being 400+lbs. I think people should try to take care of themselves more.
I used to be overweight (almost 200Ibs at 5’2) and I was all for fat acceptance but I lost a good amount of weight (now in my 130’s) and now I’m fatphobic
Exactly! We can’t get all sensitive and stop calling people out, bc a good amount of them will miss out on the best possible experience they could potentially have in their lifetimes due to missing out on things because of their weight
Good for you. But most people are more encouraged to work on something really hard, with um, encouragement, instead of shaming. The fat acceptance movement should be more focused on the acceptance that fat people, people that are currently struggling with their weight and health of any stage are around in the millions maybe more like billions, and not that obese people should accept being obese is a good thing for them to be or to continue without attempting to improve their health for their own benefit and benefit to those that love them, but for society to be more accepting that these people are out their in the billions, and no matter what stage they are at, they should be treated as human beings and given the respect everyone deserves, to be treated fairly no matter their physical and personal health and what they look like. And that no matter what they look like or their personal struggles, that it is ok to tell people they are a beautiful person and build their self worth by being treated with respect. If someone constantly has their self worth dragged through the dirt by society looking down on them constantly for a medical issue that takes alot of hard work mentally and physically to overcome, they have much less chance of success with any self improvement when their general self worth is non existent because of how society brings them down in every way as a person making them feel they have zero self worth just because of their current weight situation. How does someone have a chance of overcoming it when society makes them feel like that. Fat acceptance shouldn't and isnt about making people accept that obesity is ok and not a problematic health issue, but for the non fat society to accept that these people are living and struggling and deserve respect today and now, not only as soon as they successfuly change. They deserve to have the standards of human to human respect as they are. Not depending on their personal struggle or health or progress status. And that building someone up, who is in obvious need of help in growing their self worth so they have the strength for self improvement is not a bad thing and does not mean you are encouraging their current health status. Just that your are encouraging them to value themselves, even if they haven't met their goals, helping build self worth will help them. Not shaming bullying and society constantly treating them less then human. Telling an obese person is beautiful does NOT equal to telling them not to lose weight. Or supporting them to be unhealthy. In fact telling someone they are a beautiful person could encourage them to take better care of themselves and if losing weight is needed to better their health then someone is much more likely to put the hard work and effort into bettering themselves and putting themselves first, if they have people around them telling them they are beautiful and reminding them of their worth, and the more you believe in your over all worth and the beauty in who you are, the more likely you are to have success in life and in bettering your health and your life in the ways you can. Which is an ongoing daily struggle and adventure the same as everyones faces. But no matter what the most important thing for you as a person to work on improving so you can live the longest and happiest life, I can guarantee having people support you in growing your self worth and self respect, no matter what your challenges are, will increase your success in everything important. Don't understand how encouraging people to love themselves in no matter what stage of life and progress they are at or what they look like on the outside could ever be a bad thing. Increasing someones self worth, will always be more effective in encouraging self improvement then shaming them for whatever stage they are currently at.

I went through a period of having about 50 extra pounds. I can't tell you how much better I felt taking it off. That was 20 years ago. I just stopped eating fast food and didn't fry food at home. Ate fruit, veggies, broiled, grilled meat...you can eat a lot of healthy food...you don't have to suffer around dime sized portions!! Plus, I graze. I eat some small thing every couple hours. Handful of nuts. Grapes.
I'm documenting my own weight loss journey while on a calorie deficit. It's been a month and I've lost nearly 5 lbs. I still need to be more disciplined with the whole meal prep thing though as well as water. So far my clothes have loosened and my mood is better. Reason for losing weight? I don't want to get surgery for excess skin or die early or be financially in debt because of it.
Thank you so much orange peanut, your videos have helped me get from 190 pounds to 154 pounds. It was tough and I'm not done yet, but you really helped me dude!
Guys im an overweight girl and i lost 4kgs/10 lbs!! I'm exercising daily and eating less and more healthy foods! Update: i was 63.5kg in the start, now i'm 57.7kg
You must be very short, because I’m 59 kg (130 lbs) and I’m thin. I’m 1.71 m (5’ 7.5”). A few years ago, I weighed 52 kg (115 lbs) and was VERY thin, I got called “skeletor” and sh*t. You must be like 1.5 m or something. I have never even been near the “overweight” side of the bmi, and have spent most of my life underweight, the only reason I’m 59 kg now is because I do Pilates and/or yoga daily, and I gained muscle. But I’m still thin. US size 4, or 34/35 in European sizes. My waist is 26 inches around. I don’t know what that is in cm, sorry, I’ve reached the end of my knowledge of metric without having to look it up, I’m sure you can if you care to. I was still a 2XXL when I lived in Vietnam though, because of my height and breasts, but let’s be honest that’s SE Asia where people tend to be smaller. But even they would ask me how I stay so thin, because I weighed 52 kg at 1.71 m, so that doesn’t mean much. When I was able to find clothes for export to the US, I was a medium. Still have some of my yoga pants from there, they are great. Don’t even get me started on how I couldn’t buy shoes there, and always had to fly to KL, Malaysia and shop duty free to find them in my size. ETA: Also, 4 kg is 8.8 lbs, you multiply the kg by 2.2 to get lbs.
@@ripmysociallife858You don’t understand kilos at all, I’m assuming. 57.7 just under 127 lbs. 63.5 is 139. Either they are VERY short or just want attention. To get kg into lbs you multiply by 2.2. See my weight and former weight in the previous comment, and my height. They would have to be shorter than 5’ 3” for that to even be overweight, nowhere near obese.

Being proud of being fat is like being proud of having bad grades in school
That’s stupidphobic you should be ashamed of yourself
They also have the same concept: People shouldn't be shamed if they have bad grades / bad health beacuse they can always improve. Everyone does some stuff wrong, it's only human. But how people go about supporting these people in situations like this is very important.
They should be supported in a way that gives them enough motivation to get back up but also ensures that they know what they did was wrong.
But wrong supportive behaviour leading to being proud of having bad grades / bad health gaslights the brain into thinking that it is not a big deal and even worse, motivates that person to make even more mistakes, beacuse they get praised for it.
To put it in a nutshell:
Making mistakes is "ok" , but making mistakes is not "good".

For me there is a distinct difference between fat shaming, and having a decreased level of physical attraction to someone because they are considered fat.
Fat shaming would be where you intentionally make someone feel guilty, upset, or to belittle someone, because they are overweight.
No one should be made to feel like a lesser person.
However, not being as attracted to someone because they have a lot of body fat is perfectly reasonable.

I’m just gonna say it - fat acceptance people are just jealous of thin / fit people. I mean why else be so bitter??
EXACTLY! Like why do they care about skinny peoples opinions so much, even tho they preach about not caring about opinions 🧐
AGREED
As someone who is fat and has watched plenty of fat acceptance videos, I agree. They are so judgemental of people who are thin, and they call them names, whilst crying about be called names themselves. It is honestly so hypocritical, and so demeaning to others and is just plain rude.
I mean just take one look through this comment section or any one featuring large women. And just ask any of them about their experiences. That would make a person bitter. They just want a world where a physical feature would not be of so much needless ridicule
I'm generally open minded to "trends" but these people aren't even happy with themselves 💀
every time i dont feel like working out i search fat acceptance on youtube
exactly how i found this vid 💀
lmao same, this or fat on tiktok, never fails

I GOT A WEIGHT LOSS AD BEFORE THE VIDEO STARTED 😭😭😭
Even if society fully accepted this ""movement"". It's still not gonna work. The human body isn't just gonna change and live for 80 years being 400+lbs. I think people should try to take care of themselves more.
Peanut making fun of fat people made me lose 30lbs💪
Good job my friend!
It is the age of denial… people are in denial of their size and gender
This why I watch ur vids bro💯 reality is not reality anymore
ironically this video has given me the best motivation for losing weight out of everything else on the internet. man is just spitting facts
I used to be overweight (almost 200Ibs at 5’2) and I was all for fat acceptance but I lost a good amount of weight (now in my 130’s) and now I’m fatphobic
I was fat. Body-shaming is what brought me to start a diet and go back in shape.

@@luckyrainbowrose"most"? you got a source for that? first world countries like Japan love fat shaming yet majority of the japanese population aren't blobs 😂
Grapes.
5:10 “I’m sorry for zooming in that’s kinda gross” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Im a woman, a bit overweight by 6kg and I’m working that off. There’s nothing wrong with wanting your body to be healthy and also look good.
U r so right!!!! 10:01 "We r living in a backwards world"
I'm documenting my own weight loss journey while on a calorie deficit.
These fat acceptance movement TikTok’s are very inspiring because it inspires me never to look like that
I haven’t watched this guys channel in years, he used to be so skinny, bro is jacked af now, great job!
Thank you so much orange peanut, your videos have helped me get from 190 pounds to 154 pounds. It was tough and I'm not done yet, but you really helped me dude!
Yoooooooo this is hilarious 🤣🤣🤣🤣… just found your channel, huge fan! Keep up the good work my man 🙏🏾
now i think chubby girls are hotter than skinny ones. but, you see, this is not slightly chubby. this is morbid obesity. and it kills
The 2nd woman's body looked like the main character in "getting over it". Body is an actual cauldron.

Guys im an overweight girl and i lost 4kgs/10 lbs!! I'm exercising daily and eating less and more healthy foods!

Good for you keep it up👏🏻

@@TheBLGLwhat do you think the weight of an 1.5m person should be to be considered healthy? Only asking cause that’s my height lol. It’s interesting how weight can vary based on one’s height
that girls version of a diet is 39 mcdoubles 22 large fries 3 massive 15 gallon tub of every single soda that exists and 22 pounds of ice cream
She alone could put Ronald's kids through clown college.

At 8:26 this clip is iconic!
These the type of people that motivated me to start losing some weight and lost like 40lbs and I ain’t done yet
Idk but I used these people as motivation to never end up even close to that. When I was 14 I first found those types of videos and since then I’ve been working out on the daily and cut fast food/super sugary food from my diet. I was never overweight or obese but I still decided to do it and I’m glad I did and glad these people were motivation even if that definitely wasn’t their intention 😭
Your last two videos on that weird girl and the last fat acceptance video motivated me to start working out and get better, and even if it's only been a little bit the impact on my life has been massive, I've been less depressed and have had more confidence. It's crazy as someone who is fat that people want to stay that way
Same dude, fat acceptance is terrible bc I wondered forever why I’m so depressed and tired and my doctor was like ‘cause you’re overweight’ basically, and then it all clicked and the more weight I lost the better I felt overall. I still got more to go tho! And W keep it up King
8:20 bro is having a cap seizure from all the cringe and the 🧢 from the comments
On the last video I said I dropped from 115kg to 108. I'm now 99kg and aiming for 90.

being fat doesn’t need bullying , being fat and saying you have a healthy body needs bullying
edit: i lost 9 kilos :))

Fr. A fat person could be trying their hardest to diet and actually loose weight and bullying them is really sh’t because u don’t know what they are going through but if they are doing this trash then yeah bully she sh’t out of them
Congrats on the weight loss!
I was in good shape my whole life, until covid hit.. I couldn't hoop anywhere, they had boards over the hoops in the parks, and my dumbass started to drink more and exercise less, I turned 21 and my metabolism slowed down drastically. I've been trying to bring my weight down but it's so hard with work because I have to pay my bills. I'm not obese, but even having a belly and man tits makes me so uncomfortable I hate it so much. I understand how fast it can get out of hand, but I'm still in reality, I know I need to better my self, I don't accept what I've let myself become.
You’ve got this bro 💪
Try doing some weights, muscle will help boost up your metabolism!! You got this buddy
Losing weight is mostly about what you eat. Your work schedule is not keeping you from eating less. Use your busy schedule to your advantage, as a distraction from eating the same.
It’s not fat, it’s just “quite big”.
