Looks wonderful! As Amelia and JP are vegans, they never really discuss meat or the prices in Ecuador. Your friend that runs pork, can you give a rough estimate on fresh cut bacon? Thanks for the video!

Yes, don't buy bacon there. I have bought and smoked 3 from him, first two were dog food. There is a guy selling bacon here in town that comes from Cuenca. I am ordering some now. I will give you an update!👍

I noticed nothing is refrigerated I would be leery about buying chicken that's just lying out in the open.

Never been to Mexico? All of South and Central American markets are like thus. Also, if you look carefully there is a tall refrigerator on one side.
