That Lavash roll is very attractive to me, no, I should say that every delicacy is very attractive to me, haha! But the most important thing is the desserts. After watching the production process, I feel that Armenian desserts are works of art! My mum and I went to GUM and bought cheese, dried fruits, sheets of Lavash and Gata cake. One of the vendor (that was featured in your video) recognised us and laughed when she saw us return again for the 2nd time on the same day to buy extra Lavash and Gata 😂 Would definitely come back to Armenia next time to stock up on more Lavash 👍🏻

Armenians have many kinds of dolma. Usually, we make minced meat with rice and herbs to stuff vine leaves, bell peppers, eggplant, zucchini, cabbage, silverbeet. We also have variations without meat but with rice, spices, herbs, lots of onion, and olive oil. Additionally, pine nuts, currants, and lemon juice are used. We also stuff fish, chicken liver, lamb spleen, and mussels.
If you visit the Gum market and get different samples of food then it is unwritten rule that you should buy something from that kiosk. It is generally a bad look to go, taste a bunch of food and leave without buying something ;)
I didn't think of Armenia as a vacation/gastronomic tourism country but absolutely on my list now

In Armenia they don’t rely much on spices(though everything comes to mind is available there) because the food itself is so tasty and flavourful ❤
They use greens like parsley, cilantro, dill basil, etc, instead of spices. Spices are used mostly in the Middle East.
