    In the month of May, I'll be posting a video every day that walks you through my Home Reset. This system is designed for people who feel overwhelmed by their belongings and never-ending tasks and need a clear plan to make meaningful progress.
    In this video, we'll be working through the day 8 tasks, which are:
    *Work on the laundry
    *Work on the dishes
    *Use cleaning spray or disinfectant wipes to clean the second bathroom
    countertops, faucets, & sinks
    *Clean the toilet bowl, disinfect the seat & handles, & wipe down the
    mirror in the second bathroom

    I've been watching your Home Reset videos since the start of May and though I haven't started my own reset (life stuff) I've appreciated how you've gone about it. It never occurred to me to take a month to get through things, that I can shrink down tasks to these much smaller and manageable amounts that at least for me are more doable. Thank you!

      Thank you so much for the encouragement and for supporting my mission by watching the content! I'm the kind of person who can't make progress on stuff I'd rather avoid (cleaning!) unless I have a blueprint. I hope that when life settles down, you're able to see progress using these ideas!

    Today I had the realization that each day has multiple tasks, and not just one 🤣 for some reason my brain convinced me the only task for each day was the one shared in the video 😅
    I even looked at the description, but still convinced myself it was one a day 🙊 I think at this point I’ll do as you suggested and focus on the tasks for day 8. If I go look at the other tasks I “missed”, I think I’ll lose motivation 💫

      Ha! Honestly, several of the tasks are things you might already be doing or things like "set a timer." Also, a lot of the first week is geared toward catching up on laundry and dishes, so I definitely wouldn't go back!

    Due to your content I no longer feel the need to push myself to complete these online 30 day challenges in 30 days. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve had several days in the two weeks since I’ve started this where I have been sick or had a migraine or worked 12 hours or longer at work and just didn’t have the capacity to do anything afterwards and I don’t feel bad. Nobody besides me knows that I am doing this (well and now everyone who reads this comment) and even if they did it’s not their house it’s not their life.
    So thank you for helping get me to a point where I don’t feel bad for being “behind” just because it takes me a bit longer to complete something.

      I love this- I'm so proud of you! So much of the progress I've made is just changing my mindset away from guilt and negativity. Doing what I can, when I can has allowed me to be so much more productive.
