  • I'll try my hand at making the popular Prusa / Ikea Table conversion to create a nice and functional printer cabinet for my FDM printers.

    A few days ago, I had the exact same problem with the hardware size (I also followed the advice of that other video). I ended up having to attach aluminium angles to the corners (where leg meets top) to stiffen the table. Thanks for your advice and helping future enclosure builders get it right!

    Currently building one. The hardwear ended up stripping the premade holes and ruining the petg print. Im praying the new hardwear fixes it.

    the ender 3 will not fit.. sorry to say. the printed parts needs to be extended

      LOL - Sadly, I figured that out too late, still, just print a few new parts and all is good now....

      Tap plastics online! You pick the thickness and dimensions and they ship it out ready to rock!
