Just love his humility and honesty. And also love the fact that he recognizes all the fun he got to have in his life. Isn't that the point?

The best !!!!!! humble, honest, human, father, friend, and above all an actor. Because when the director says action, "that's what it's all about" !!!!!!!!!!

I have to hand it to Pearce for this interview. Seeing him in other interviews he came off as an arrogant twit, but with this one he did a pro job. He wasn't pushy, he asked interesting questions, and was very courteous.

It is hard to believe he is actually 2 years younger than my father, and my father reminded me of Burt. My sister's best friend played his daughter in the movie Gator. My dad took me to see the Bandit movies which was such a treat because he only took us to see Disney Movies at the Drive Inn. My dad sold Trans AM's the year Bandit one and two came out ,and he drove a gold one home one weekend and we thought he would keep it. Nope he said it was a gas hog! lol

Of course as a male I love him in Cannonball Run. I think if he asked Sally Fields to marry him his life might have changed. Him giving back to want to be actors is just one part of what kind of a person he is. Not just on the screen but as a teacher too.
