Every single band should have one tune they play with a guest. Lots of kids would love to jam once with any band they love. Rock, country, any band. Way to go.

@@thedbcooperforumI mean, yeah thats sad and all but cmon dude, they only get one life. We'll all get there ourselves someday, God willing, and I can only hope I'd still be able to drag my 80yr old ass on stage with am oxygen tank and go down memory lane again while jammin out. Let em rock out til the day they stop breathing if that's what they wanna do, let em live my man, it could be the last time they step on that stage. You never know. Oxygen tanks and wheelchairs or not, still the same badasses who inspired millions and entertained us throughout the years

I remember this when it happened - I was watching all of the Met on Tour videos of the tour waiting for the Toronto one which I was at, and I saw this video. I got in touch with the kids cause we were roughly all the same age - I think it was probably through MySpace. We kept in touch all these years and I'm am friends with all of them. Even though I live in Canada we still will visit each other and hang out. Tom (on drums) and Andy (black guitar) are driving up to Toronto in a few weeks to see Metallica with me. What a thing to happen - because of this I have these amazing friends - doesn't matter that we're in different countries.

Somewhere around between 13 and 15 Metallica used to be like really huge like everything to a lot of kids.. I grew up and didn't have much money but I had a single cassette tape of Metallica's "One". I think it might have been the only cassette tape I owned..I eventually word that tape out!!! Also we used to draw the Metallica emblem on our denim jackets.. Which had multiple other drawings on them but everyone's METALLICA usually was the center peice stretching from shoulder to shoulder on the back of the jacket! The good ol days! Over 35 years ago!
