Look at that marshall at 02:18 waving the blue flag on the right and what he does in the next fractures of a second. He just grabs his colleague and gets him out of the danger zone. What reflexes! The true hero in that scene...
24 hours full speed. What incredible masterpieces of engineering. Everybody is a winner there, the mechanicians, the drivers, fantastic people. Great job, well done.
I would love to see the true performance of the cars. Close racing might be nice, but it should be the best car who wins and not the one, that gets the best behavior from the organizer.
Formula one is a Engineering race learn your shit its not supposto be ballanced. Chevy had the better car still . aston martin was in the lead and chevy re took it despit having Punctures early in the race
Nini Craft VW group decided it was better to withdraw them, especially because Audi used Le Mans to promote Diesel engines and you prob know about the dieselgate so...
Ayyy Lmfao tracks have personalities but they don't hold grudges. The issues they're having will be solved. (Toyota isn't type of company to just roll over and accept defeat. Whether by a part failure, poor management, or inferior quality in manufacturing.
Another Incredible race, congrats to all the winners, and everyone who helped make this such a tremendous event, looking forward to next year, can't wait to be trackside!
i feel like most of the crashes in the race where someone deliberately hitting someone off the road there was clearly someone elses fault in most of those crashes and the drivers where just in for the ride
9freelandk tbh it was kind of sad seeing only one lmp1 team up on the podium I hope both teams learned their lesson for losing 3/4 of the lmp1 category
So sad watching André Lotterer frustrated by his car issues, and also for Toyota my respects. Those guys were strong all weekend. Nevertheless, happy as hell for another Porsche victory at La Sarthe!!!!😀😀😀
Yeah such a shame nearly all P1 cars just vanished. Only two left standing where two cars who already were in the pits for such a long time. Can't imagine the frustration in that race.
Broke my heart when the Corvette biffed it on the second to last lap. Exciting to watch up until then though. Always love it when after 23 hours there are still some neck and neck competitions.
it was very entertaining race.....porsche #2 919 hybrod did amazing comeback from the bottom to number 1 spot at the last hour....!!! really happy for porsche....!!!!
Was hoping the #2 would fail because at that point I was like... LMP1 doesn't deserve the win. Porsche wasn't racing for themselves, they were racing for LMP1's dignity. Would have loved to have seen a LMP2 winner. That class has come a long way. They used to have like 3 or 4 cars survive 24 hours and now they were 50 minutes away from an overall victory. Well done to all of the teams and nice fight back from Porsche. Toyota.... how do you manage to mess up so bad?
It's just historic for LMP2s, very rare they can be on podium for overall race and beat LPM1s. Well done Jackie Chan DC Racing team with their 1st & 2nd LMP2 winners. This Chinese Flag team fly proud with such historic results, recorded in race history. They even led the race several hours.
Where is Eduardo Freitas's legendary comment to Car 66? That was a highlight of it's own! "Car 66 Team Manger, if you would kindly remind your driver not to spread gravel all over the track, please!" ** Oh that cracked me up that early in the night. I wonder if he's got more of that, can we get a best of Freitas? ;) **might not be 100% accurate wording, it was between 0:30AM and 1:30 AM.......
This is such beautiful race. So much emotions in 24hrs and each time it tells unbelieavable story. I am Porsche fan with huge respect to Toyota. On GTE it is remarkable how many times Aston Martin showed how good package it was. Hope new model with learn a lot from this racing success.
5:58 Like a dead creature coming back to live, my heart exploded in hope when that thing fought back to life ;( Same with the mechanics they were hyped again...
They did in fact Blue Flag the leader there, to be fair to the marshalls it's not often an LMP1 passes an lmp2 for the lead. Though the #2 porsche has been getting blue flags where it shouldnt in this race
what an amazing race! can you imagine all lmp1 cars have problems, a brand new lmp2 team get on overall podium and the worst luck for toyota? Speechless.
Since Porsche is back there is no chance for Audi...which is actually Porsche's baby sister company anyway..as everyone knows since the history of the group..Porsche Owns the whole Volkswagen group and VW owns Audi...the Audi Le mans team in the first place was actually a Porsche Factory leftover team in the first place (1999) anyway..after the World motorsports Emperor Porsche left without no more to achieve they handed it over to Audi..thats how Audi became a Second class big name in this Lemans24hours game..so since Porsche is back..for some reason..Audi..has gotta go..used to be aimed at F1..but now it just seems to be e-racing or local stock car races for them
So, after last change for LMP2 classification, some change could be make in this vidéo. Possible to update it with more picture of the Alpine Signatech A470 #35 and of the pit team? (when this decision will be validate)
Chris Twist The regulations don't really work in Mazda's favor for a rotary engine. They aren't good enough on economy; however Mazda could arguably put out a very competitive diesel hybrid. The regulations are geared very much toward efficiency, that's why Mazda could only ever have a chance to win one LeMans (I know there's other factors, but the efficiency alone screws their chances of ever returning with a competitive rotary).
geeez...so how many of these do Porsche have now? are they the only company with like what was it... 50 thousand competitive race wins or something on that line?
Daniel Serra, Brazilian Stock Car Pilot, first time in Le Mans, LMGTE-Pro Winner! Brazilians ftw! hahaha P.S.:Nelson Piquet Jr. in second on that LMP2 Valliant Rebellion was awesome too
Major highlight that was left out was the Vette ending details. Disliking this vid for not including that. That last lap Vette / Aston back and forth was the most epic racing I've seen in forever. Such a nail biter
Okay, thank you. I heard that LMP1-L was privateer only, although I don't know if that's right. Also, is Joest Racing a privateer team or more of an organization?
Look at that marshall at 02:18 waving the blue flag on the right and what he does in the next fractures of a second. He just grabs his colleague and gets him out of the danger zone. What reflexes! The true hero in that scene...
24 hours full speed.
What incredible masterpieces of engineering.
Everybody is a winner there, the mechanicians, the drivers, fantastic people.
Great job, well done.
glory to Aston Martin for competing in a car of whichs design is 8 years old and winning the category
The BOP helped them for sure, but it was for the best as it created a very close field performance wise in GTE Pro... great racing
exactly so
Borut Korosec well it got small changes in 2016, like the bigger diffusor
I would love to see the true performance of the cars. Close racing might be nice, but it should be the best car who wins and not the one, that gets the best behavior from the organizer.
Formula one is a Engineering race learn your shit its not supposto be ballanced. Chevy had the better car still . aston martin was in the lead and chevy re took it despit having Punctures early in the race
you don't win Le Mans, Le Mans choose who wins
YOu have to survive it, to be able to win it in the first place
Kóczán Márton sounds like someone saw the interview with marc webber!!!
Kóczán Márton to arrive first, first you have to arrive
I saw it from Lucas di Grassi's twitter
Kóczán Márton who's first row is a winner not like what you say
fantastic race bad luck for Toyota
and for Porsche #1. Leading by 10 laps over the next car, driving at 5/10ths and STILL having a mechanical issue
Why didnt audi entered this year in Le Mans 24h?
Nini Craft VW group decided it was better to withdraw them, especially because Audi used Le Mans to promote Diesel engines and you prob know about the dieselgate so...
abdul neyas toyota has a "mclaren honda" level of bad luck just on this track. plus, mazda cursed all japanese cars since 1991
Why does Toyota even bothering in this race? They don't need to to for sales. They sell over 800 Toyota Camry a day in the USA alone.
LOOL look at who was talking in FaceTime at 9:44 Well done Jackie boy
good catch.
Wow, upvote this cuz I think most people didn't catch it.
Who am I? holy shit goid catch bro
good eye, massive congrats to them
Who am I? Errr it's on the thumbnail
Watched the race from the start till the end, with a few minutes of sleep in between. This race was absolutely fantastic. Utterly amazing.
What a race this has been👍🏁
More manufacturer has to enter the competition. Hoping for a bigger lineup in the years to come. Bentley, Mercedes, BMW,... come on guys! :D
BMW will return 2018 but probably in GTE
Most of the manufacturers you mentioned, did just build GT3 cars, which doesn't drive in Le Mans.
they should allow GT3 cars in Le Mans would make the field much better.
completely amazing, no doubt. Agent Tux wishes he could have been there in person!
This track hates toyota
Ayyy Lmfao tracks have personalities but they don't hold grudges. The issues they're having will be solved. (Toyota isn't type of company to just roll over and accept defeat. Whether by a part failure, poor management, or inferior quality in manufacturing.
Ayyy Lmfao i hate toyota as well
Shows just how strong Porsche are though. They really have an understanding of 24h endurance, despite their problems at this Lemans.
The no.7 Car should have pitted once the clutch problems started tho
toyota hates winning
unreal race, just unreal.
Another Incredible race, congrats to all the winners, and everyone who helped make this such a tremendous event, looking forward to next year, can't wait to be trackside!
what a race is an understatement..
the last 3 races were spectacular.. with the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat ...
I would like it, if there where not mainly the crashes, but cool and interesting Overtakes too
LordPT K yeah like the last minute battle between Corvette and Aston.
BLITZKRIEG and the one where they hit eachother in the turn right before AM took the lead
You probably watched like 1 or 2 hours
i feel like most of the crashes in the race where someone deliberately hitting someone off the road there was clearly someone elses fault in most of those crashes and the drivers where just in for the ride
*Cheers: '24 Hours of Le Mans, Still The Greatest Race on This Planet!'*
René Broné ® International The World of Sports nah, 24h Nürburgring Nordschleife is better
*Cheers: 'As Well Absolutely - Not Bad - Indeed!' ;-)*
Amazing race, need more diversity in the cars another LMP1 contender for sure, well done to Jackie Chan !
9freelandk tbh it was kind of sad seeing only one lmp1 team up on the podium I hope both teams learned their lesson for losing 3/4 of the lmp1 category
Gerardo Aguilar 3/5
Toyota hab 3 and porsche 2
Yes of course but the cars is French made. ORECA POWER! ^^
Mazda would be cool.
Yes, Porsche! *There is no substitute.*
...until you have the money for a Lamborghini.

Dylan F1 Games' Sidepod Glitch IRL
Where are the overtakes, the fights, different camera angles for important situations like the Toyota colission?
This was the first time I watched the 24h du Mans. A M A Z I N G
Racing in its purest form
Broke my heart when the Corvette biffed it on the second to last lap. Exciting to watch up until then though. Always love it when after 23 hours there are still some neck and neck competitions.
it was very entertaining race.....porsche #2 919 hybrod did amazing comeback from the bottom to number 1 spot at the last hour....!!! really happy for porsche....!!!!
1:39 **Total**: For your discretion, we have censored the damage to lessen the violent capability of this video.
Another race to add to the history books of motorsports. Porsche is just the best.
Awesome Pickle they should come back into F1.
Toyota.... how do you manage to mess up so bad?
chanman4rings it’s not Porsche’s problem if all their competitors have retired plus competitors leaving wec so yeh porsche did deserve the win
bravo to all jackie's boy!
well done...👍👍👍
thats how le mans should be watched.
High volume and no commentators!
Awesome video! Le Mans 24h is such a special thing!
What a race this was!
beautiful shots from up above
It's just historic for LMP2s, very rare they can be on podium for overall race and beat LPM1s. Well done Jackie Chan DC Racing team with their 1st & 2nd LMP2 winners. This Chinese Flag team fly proud with such historic results, recorded in race history. They even led the race several hours.
this was a long 10 minutes, of bliss! very good
TOYOTA go for Le Mans 24h. The pursuit of perfection never ends. Best regards to you from Poland !!! PS. Congratulations to Porsche.
1:07 Eurobeat kicked in
Luisk wall tap fail
G-Drive is a track I might want to listen
This was my first live streaming of the race. I have loved this race since the days of the Porsche 917. I want more cool stuff in 2018.
Gregory Beavins i was hearing it in the radio didn't know it was streamed here in this channel.
Where is Eduardo Freitas's legendary comment to Car 66? That was a highlight of it's own! "Car 66 Team Manger, if you would kindly remind your driver not to spread gravel all over the track, please!" **
Oh that cracked me up that early in the night.
I wonder if he's got more of that, can we get a best of Freitas? ;)
**might not be 100% accurate wording, it was between 0:30AM and 1:30 AM.......
And then afterwards when the Safety Cars came out :)
The marshal at 2:53 is a badass.
Great Race !
nm7
This is such beautiful race. So much emotions in 24hrs and each time it tells unbelieavable story. I am Porsche fan with huge respect to Toyota. On GTE it is remarkable how many times Aston Martin showed how good package it was. Hope new model with learn a lot from this racing success.
Congratulations! I suscribe! I wait with patience the 2018 24 hours Le Mans! 😄😄😄
any chance of uploading the full race??
Won't happen, ACO/Duke make money from selling the highlights hence why they're hard to find on here.
5:58 Like a dead creature coming back to live, my heart exploded in hope when that thing fought back to life ;( Same with the mechanics they were hyped again...
8:26 blue flag to LMP2 leader?
elveloz race leader lol
elveloz seems odd, unless there was a GT car just off screen
They did in fact Blue Flag the leader there, to be fair to the marshalls it's not often an LMP1 passes an lmp2 for the lead. Though the #2 porsche has been getting blue flags where it shouldnt in this race
what happend on 3:39 ?
You didn't even show all the winners! WTH?
i think fiawec highlight is worse than current formula 1 highlight
Amazing race full of drama. Why we saw the nr 2 Porsche overtake in yellow flags here 8:04 and no penalty, its normal or just me?
We will never forget this hard and emotional race !!
#hattrick #porsche 🏁💪🏆
what an amazing race! can you imagine all lmp1 cars have problems, a brand new lmp2 team get on overall podium and the worst luck for toyota? Speechless.
Corvette crash in the night? and the initial challenge of Aston on Corvette?
Wish Audi would get back into this race
IGOTGAME Audi is the Floyd Mayweather of racing. they won't get involved unless they're sure to win or no competition.
Why exactly did Audi not race this year? I didn't catch it.
indeed, despite they are both owned by VW, but we the fans don't care
Since Porsche is back there is no chance for Audi...which is actually Porsche's baby sister company anyway..as everyone knows since the history of the group..Porsche Owns the whole Volkswagen group and VW owns Audi...the Audi Le mans team in the first place was actually a Porsche Factory leftover team in the first place (1999) anyway..after the World motorsports Emperor Porsche left without no more to achieve they handed it over to Audi..thats how Audi became a Second class big name in this Lemans24hours game..so since Porsche is back..for some reason..Audi..has gotta go..used to be aimed at F1..but now it just seems to be e-racing or local stock car races for them
its called VAG=Volkswangen Auto Group, because VW owns them all, not porsche
So, after last change for LMP2 classification, some change could be make in this vidéo.
Possible to update it with more picture of the Alpine Signatech A470 #35 and of the pit team? (when this decision will be validate)
Greatest race since 2011.
Thank you. Better that Eurosport hi lights last night
did the 7 not pull into pits? it looks like it went over the start/finish after being damaged?
Great video
1:44 - Now thats a whole new level of being TOTALled
I'll show myself out...
what in the world happened to that aston at 3:39??? outa nowwhere
Massive spontaneous blowout of the right-rear tire.
What part failed on the Toyota right at the end?
Best race ever: All McLaren Honda F1 cars le man 24 hours!
They should do 24 hr Le Mans in production cars. I would pay to watch that.
Try to listen Will Prime - Oxygen on the background - awesomeness.
I would love to see Aton Martin racing with the Valkyrie next year
whos the guy at toyota with the glasses, saw him a bit in the closing stages last year and getting a big of coverage again this year?
What car won in the class with the ford gt?
dylan gruich Aston Martin
What a race!! love it~!
This is a poorly-executed highlights reel of an incredible race
Where were the Fords?
Until Next Year!!!!!!!!!!
what a race!
don't give up Toyota! the bad luck has got to run out some time soon
Mazda needs to get back into LeMans with a 4 rotor. They would decimate the competition. Props to Toyota for trying though!
Chris Twist pretty sure they wouldn't decimate anything. Maybe they'd take the cake for worst lap ever
Guy in the prototype at 2:15 gets the WTH were you not thinking award.
So. Only one car in LMP1 finished the race????
Is Buemi Won the 24h le mans?
@ 02:15 is that allowed? Pretty sure that was not an accident.
next year gonna be wild af
;) well done .. thanks !
Lemans = Porsche... ya baby!
Beautiful
2:42 accident was too much.
What exactly happened to toyota?
Le Mans is such a beatiful city 4:24
can anybody explain why there are these special cars and just gt3 versions combined?
geeez...so how many of these do Porsche have now? are they the only company with like what was it... 50 thousand competitive race wins or something on that line?
Daniel Serra, Brazilian Stock Car Pilot, first time in Le Mans, LMGTE-Pro Winner! Brazilians ftw! hahaha
P.S.:Nelson Piquet Jr. in second on that LMP2 Valliant Rebellion was awesome too
Great Highlight real......Well Done !
Wait. Full race or highlights?
OMG. What happened to the Toyotas? This is so sad.
I can't wait for next year :(
what writes you of le mans
Major highlight that was left out was the Vette ending details. Disliking this vid for not including that. That last lap Vette / Aston back and forth was the most epic racing I've seen in forever. Such a nail biter
Happy that the #1 car broke down, but pissed that the #2 didn't.
Why no commentary?
Does anybody how long they have had the nascar safer barriers at le mans?
Best Race Ever.
LEGEND ALONSO 😁👍🏼
Would love a bit of commentary with the video
24 minutes should be highlights :)
fadoobaba lol :)
So who do we know has decided to come to LMP1-L?
Okay, thank you. I heard that LMP1-L was privateer only, although I don't know if that's right. Also, is Joest Racing a privateer team or more of an organization?
quem ganhou?
2:19 Who was that jerk that caused the accident?
