I'm sorry, but the REAL crime in this movie is that these two didn't end up together! I'm completely out of my mind, ever since I watched the trailer I hoped that Cami and Maya's characters would get together, and watching the movie, until the very end I thought they were gonna kiss, but no. Those two side romances were cute but plain, and I really don't think they added anything to the narrative, they could be easily left out, and the movie wouldn't be any different. But these two were there, they love each other, they hate each other, they are obsessed and unhinged and chaotic, they are soulmates, and all those homoerotic tension for nothing??
So I was pissed, so I rage-edited this video, I really hope you like it!! (And please tell me I'm not the only one who saw the chemistry and the potential!)

I already watched this movie twice last night because I could not get over the perfection of this movie and I pretend that the end credits don't exist and that they are riding together into the sunset and new adventure and that is the end of movie!
THIS MOVIE WAS SO FREAKING GOOD AND THIS VIDEO IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AFTER THIS ENDING! This is everything I needed in a video of this two!

I hoped also that they would end up together but I saw a spoiler that they didn't before I watched this movie!
What I keep thinking about is that we never saw that scene of them at a pool in bikinis👀

I think they maybe were supposed to end up together, but it got changed somewhere down the line.
1. Eleanor's speech about how the girl made her feel at camp, implies that she had feelings for Drea, why else would she have come out to her. Also, Drea making up that story for no reason made no sense, unless they were caught in a compromising position and she had to make up something fast.
2. Drea's speech about how she was always angry even before her entire situation sounds similar to a lot of coming out stories.
3. Clarissa said Drea called her a "human birkenstock", then at the beach we see Drea sitting next to a pair. All of that coupled with the looks. Something happened between those two at band camp.
Can we have please a Tv series with these two??!! Eleanor discovers Gabbi isn't the right girl for her because there's too much conflict of interests with Max being her brother and all that, Drea realizes she's tired of playing the men's game and would be much happier person with Eleanor, sot they end up together happy and fabulous 😍
