☞NGREDIENTS
●100g(0.2lb) chinese vermicelli
●50g(2oz) minced meat
●4 garlic clove,minced
●7 green onion
●2 slice ginger
●1/2 tablespoon sichuan pepper
●2 tablespoon soy sauce
●2 tablespoon super dark soy sauce
●1 teaspoon salt
●1 tablespoon chili paste
☞DIRECTIONS
1.Soak the chinese vermicelli in warm water for 10 minutes.
2.Cut the pork,ginger,garlic clove and green onion into shreds.
3.Coat a wok with peanut oil and heat until hot.add garlic,sichuan pepper and ginger.stir-fry for 30 seconds.
4.Pour in pork and add chili paste,stir-fry for 1 minute or or until pork turns white.add soy sauce and super dark soy sauce.
5.Add two cups of water,salt and vermicelli.
6.Cover and simmer for 2 minutes.then stir-fry for 30 seconds,add the green onion and stir-fry for 30 seconds again.

I mean at least he/she put the ingredients and steps in the description. 🤷🏻♀ even without the "labeling" of ingredients in the video, you should've known what are they if you do cook at home. And at least there is a music as the background instead of just cutting, chopping and frying sound. Anyway, thank you for sharing the recipe. Just keep doing what you're doing 👍

dont recomend it just cause the soaking process for the noodles, simple but pretty sure gonna taste like mushy paste . but givr the raves to keep it simple i usally add fried baby shrimps
