Here's a little chart of the abbreviations used in this video:
    mr - magic ring
    st - stitch
    r/s - round/s
    sc - single crochet
    inc/s - increase/s (2 single crochets in 1 stitch)
    dec - decrease
    ch - chain
    slst - slip stitch
FO - fasten off (cut working yarn and secure end)
    BLO - back loop only
    FLO - front loop only
Here are a few tips and tricks for success:
Certain stitches and techniques are completely interchangeable. For example, the magic ring can be swapped with the ch2 method and vice versa. The same can be accomplished with the decrease and invisible decrease. I prefer the invisible decrease and use it the majority of the time. If the invisible decrease is not your strong suit, use the regular decrease instead. And the same goes for the yarn under or yarn over technique. Use whichever technique you prefer.

How can I make it bigger or smaller?

    • @loopsandknotscrochet

The easiest way to make it bigger is by using a larger-sized yarn or a smaller-sized yarn to make it smaller. You could also double or triple your yarn to make it thicker. Otherwise, if you want to use the same materials, you'd want to look for different patterns. I hope that helps! 💕🫶🥰

You can also try going down in size on your hook but that does make it more difficult to work! I tend to go two sizes lower than the recommended hook size on the yarn label (so a 4 worsted weight will usually say to use a US H (5mm) hook so I will go for a 3mm hook instead)

I don’t really recommend beginners to immediately try to learn the more ‘complicated’ of plushies first, I mean this isn’t that complicated but still, I see so many beginners on here immediately trying to make these difficult or complicated things usually for people who already know all the basics and then they comment that it’s too hard or fast, or they don’t understand, and that’s because if you’re a beginner and don’t understand any of this then u need to learn the different types of stitches, magic rings, etc
