Thank you! This worked! I think the part that most people have a hard time with is the pinching it together when you're trying to get it to start. Took me several frustrating tries and almost an hour in total (in three sessions) to finally get it to start. Now it works!

I was so excited to get this and thought it was going to be an easy fix. I have watched the video and attempted to fix our couch cushion. Once I (we) have each side of the zipper in the fix and zip and the screw tightened as much as possible, and begin the attempt to zip, it pops off every single time. It is frustrating.

Guys... You NEED to include instructions on the pull cord for these. I can't figure it out, and I feel like a complete idiot. But I know I'm not alone seeing as the Amazon reviews of this product want instructions for this very same thing.
