In Australia wagons never came in 4wd and even second hand never came on the market sadly, the owners kept them. I had to settle for a hatchback but still found it amazing useful vehicle and a pleasure to drive.

This cool wagon is very popular in Afghanistan right now.
Most of the AE100 Corollas left Japan and ended up in Afghanistan, either as second-hand cars or through anti-social means. Currently, this Corolla cannot be seen in Japan.
I own this Corolla and live in daily fear of car thieves.

NZ is kind of a dumping ground for JDM cars, so we got a lot of these from Japan. Can be had for not much at all, although becoming rarer. The 4WD Carib Sprinter being one of the examples, very nice handling car - even on wet and crusty roads.

So the 1988 toyota corolla has a 4x4 version in 1988 with solid axle in rear would I be able to make that version in the us if I found the axle and transmission?

That’s weird that this is 1998 because this is a 1993 to 1997 body in 1998. They changed the whole body.

While they body style ended in 1997 in the US market. It continued in other markets into the early 2000s
