    Nice egg-cracking/separating technique. Old school.

I like the darker bottom! Friendly advice keep a scrap/trash bowl near your work area. It sure helps me. They look great! Recipe looks easy too

I think I'd like one pan of the crackly coating, and one with it softer. A special perk of not swapping the pans! These look so yummy! 😋

No! Don’t do it! Don’t pick up another one! I see that look LOL!
I’m so glad I watched this video before trying any more piping. I’ve only tried piping once with ok results, but making something with a forgiving dough will certainly help (I haven’t made the marshmallow yet-Don’t Rush me! LOL)… yes I watch out of order but my comments reference older comments of mine 😊 even though the video is newer. I’m busy freeze drying plums and can’t be bothered with anything else.
Please stay in the habit of wearing a floral apron, it’s your image/brand (I’ve noticed a few without an apron of any kind). I love ladyfingers.. but this seems pretty intense, not as easy as you made it sound. THANK YOU for the cleaning ideas, such as whisk cleaning. Never would have occurred to me.

I filmed and published this video over a year before I had my Breville oven.
