      @gredangeo 6 років тому +112

      Many of his lyrics are fine. His lyrical flow is pretty good too if not better. However, his obnoxious off stage attitude is what brought a lot attention to him in negative ways.
      You are right though, if it wasn't for Wes Borland ramping the talent up in that band. Limp Bizkit wouldn't have gotten very far. Wes knew how to write riffs to match Fred's energy and stage presence. The band just worked as a whole.

    • @liamjenkins82
      @liamjenkins82 6 років тому +32

      gredangeo I don't have anything against Fred, but the whole band was pretty good. Bass player was as talented as they come and the drummer was always snappy and tight.
      I guess Fred just made them stand out and that's what worked back in the day

    • @yearginclarke

      Axl Rose was much more of a douchebag before Fred, and no one hates on him as bad. I like both, but all the "hate" that LB and Durst get is more of a popular bandwagon trend than based on reality.

    2:03 sounds suspiciously similar of a mix between Guerilla Radio by rage against the machine and Mission Impossible

    • @alistaj267
      @alistaj267 6 років тому +11

      Max Damsell it IS the mission impossible theme

    • @Abel-Alvarez
      @Abel-Alvarez 6 років тому +4

      Max Damsell hmmm "take a look around" is the song you're referring to. It was in the movie "mission impossible 2" (hence the theme) and also limp bizkit was influenced by rage against the machine so there ya have it.

    • @ЧернокожийГомосексуалистТрансг

      Я понимаю что совпадений в мире много, похожих риффов сотни, может больше. Но уж очень Stuck и Gematria похожи. А ещё если учесть что LB и Слипы не помирились к выходу AHIG, то было бы странно рифф красть.
