Man he really did "In The End" in the end, but it doesn't even matter
Nice.
Underrated comment. Should have more likes
lol
He tried so hard
genius
Linkin park riffs are simple, but great and memorable
Yes, it is
simple riffs doesnt mean bad,
its not easy to create a new fresh catchy simple riff out of a simple notes chromaticly,
many bands play complicated/technical but shit and not catchy or impressive at all, i mean its Generic because technicality doesnt always equal good
Sohib Conner Jr well as much as I love Linkin park I guess you’re wrong about complicated riffs not being catchy.. try listening to Periphery
Ashfar Azfar think u wrong brad Delson chooses to put out simple things because it would sound better than if he made a overcomplex riff and would ruin the flow of there songs
@@soheibkidouche4745 Try Dream Theater if you want complicated and catchy
I like how he did In The End in the end.
lmao xd

He rather did In the End at the end.

The Riff from Lying From You definitely deserved a spot on this list.

Papercut was definitely the explosive entrance Linkin Park used to enter the nu metal industry. Your playing its riffs just demonstrates it. That sudden transition from a light-toned harmonic to heaviness is just amazing.
Aside from Metallica I don't like any of the bands on your videos, but man, I love the way you run this channel. Short videos, straight to the point, no clickbait, professionaly recorded, both video and audio, no 12 minute video with "opening" and "ending" explaining shit. You promise A, you deliver A. Even if an idea is as simple as top 10 riffs, if it is done well, I enjoy it as much as the most crazy innovative stuff. Respect man.
Wow! Thanks a ton, brother! I didn't expect to read so inspirational comment and I REALLY appreciate that. It means a lot for me. For real. Thanks again and very soon I will make a new video with Metallica. So keep up to date my friend! I need your support.
Metalhead spotted...
Andes Kangabam elitist*
Underrated comment. Nice to see people who can applaude someone’s production efforts instead of just loving everything about them and their content.
I like how supportive you are with this comment, but I also find it a bit alarming that you felt the need to point out that you only like one band on his channel and with no real shame in that. I was hoping it would go along the lines of 'but you helped me see that there are some really cool riffs to bands I didn't think I liked' or anything like that, but nope, still just like the one... it makes me feel a bit conflicted about your personality. You're supportive, so maybe you're a decent guy, but you don't really take anything away from these videos, so maybe you're still super closed-minded...
Faint has guitar riffs that just make me feel at home. My dad was and still is a huge Linkin Park fan and the first song he ever showed me was faint. No wonder why it's my favorite song.
Same, the number 1 song of them for me
LP riffs always make me go from vibing to full on head nodding in tune
A Place For My Head is such an underrated song
So is don’t stay
Yes, it is :(
no it's not underrated
For the new fans, almost all the LP soldiers love that song
pushing me away is more underrated.
The hunting party was such a criminally underrated album
I love It!!
And the OML comes and ruins literally. everything
@@Sporacle how?
@@randomaccount7951 Yeah, how? If you think it's because it was 'too pop' then spoiler alert, you're listening to Linkin Park. A pop act.
@@jaimegriffith8882 I'm a massive metal head and i love all albums by linkin park and I'm not critical of pop or whatever I just like what I like and imo opinion they never sold out or whatever as they were always changing
I Love the comments "oh, I never knew LP was this heavy" that's why I really idolised Brad Delson as a guitarist/musician who just went about his own thing and made some great defined riffs.
In his own words "I don't like to show off" when asked about why there were no guitar solos in LPs early work.
He really was/is a quiet achiever. Well done BBB 🎸🎼
No había solos en sus primeros álbumes porque en el Nu Metal a diferencia del metal y rock, no tiene solos de guitarra, es reemplazado por el rap, los samplers y en otros casos (que no es Linkin Park) solos de bajo
They did have some heavy riffs, but I suspect that they purposely reduce it (volume) in order not to overwhelm the rest of instruments. I know a few other bands that did this, especially when they have one or more extra (unusual) equipment. Turntable in the case of LP.
I love how you added QWERTY, its a great demo that not many fans know about, another great song is Reading My Eyes which is a older demo linkin park did when they where called Xero.
Organic Oregano There is so many great song in the LPU's album
Not a demo, its a full song called Behind Your Lies.
@@Luis150697 it's an actual song yes but it's called qwerty not behind your lies
wtf its not a demo
i love blue from LpU:))
When he plays In The End, literally in the end.
"This does put a smile on my face."
I hate how underrated Rebellion and basically The Hunting Party are.
Didn't Daron Malakian come up with the riff? And I'm pretty sure he played it on the 12th fret down.
Who tf care what people think? Live your life
I love the hunting party
Rebellion sounds a lot like panic attack by dream theatre. Wouldn’t be surprised if they were inspired by it
You can see how much Brad Delson improve his skills over the years (especially in The Hunting Party).
Great video, dude!
Francisco Campos é mesmo, Brad Delson no THP superou se
I don't see much tbh.
I love Brad and Linkin Park to death but honestly I don’t see too much of a change as it relates to skill level or “improvement,” just a change in style
Jack Higgins but we can see that in The Hunting Party, the guitars parts need more skills that in Hybrid Theory. But one thing we can agree is that Brad is a big guitarist
Francisco Campos More complicated riffs doesn't equate to skill. The simplicity and fact they can make arguably the best rock music in the industry is what shows where the talent lies. Otherwise it gets too cluttered and changes their sound, which defeats the purpose of the band.
The best part about linkin park is that they are as easy as fun to play. Absolutely love them
An what about you sing their song bro?
Easy for you maybe lmao I wish I could play these
@@Nate22299 Have you ever played guitar?
Ho nza yeah I’m just trash but I’ve gotten a little better I’ll give them another try
@@Nate22299 Oh, if you have, then start with easier songs, like Roads untravelled, Burn it down...
People say Linkin park isn't that heavy, screw them this is so heavy
Why is everything so heavy?
Sopa De Letrinha oh I see what you did there
Was.
Poopy Butt "was" heavy when every song was Chesters suicide diary.
They are heavy but not near as heavy as a band like say slipknot for example
That transition from QWERTY to Figure.09 was perfect
Hunting Party was totally underrated. I miss the guitar heavy LP.
Idk, it wouldnt be the same without Chester
@donkey Kong country master They did a comeback, somehow :)
Man these riffs are metal
Yes, they are. I also tried to play it more harder and metal.
VERMILION I thought Linkin Park was only alt rock
Linkin Park has Nu-Metal + Alt Metal songs. They have alt rock songs. And the have electronic and hip-hop songs. VERMILION definitely covered the popular metal ones though!
LP is originally nu metal, they start making alt rock/alt metal/nu metal after their first 2 albums but all these riffs here are Nu metal ones
Sohib Conner Jr a lot are actually from THP, which I would say is alt metal with a few numetal influences.
I'd add in Points of Authority
Minority 905 hello, minority 905)) I’m so glad to see you there)
Totally agree, even though not appreciated enough, it's one of the best LP riffs
Minority 905 fuck yeah Also I love your videos by the way
it is one of best riffs in my opinion, that hip-hop and industrial style points of authority riff
me too
I sincerily hope Chester found a place for his head. He deserves it. I actually never knew he fought depression, but I loved linkin park since 2001, about middle school. So I pray the lord to bless his soul.
Where is all the love for Points of Authority? IMO that main riff is the best LP riff ever
Agree
Agree
Was looking for this comment, such a heavy riff
Don’t think it’s the best one tho, but it defiantly deserves to be in the video
Linkin Park Holy Trinity:
Hybrid Theory
Meteora
Hunting Party
I can't believe how underrated Hunting Party is! It's definitely one of my faves
Perfect, the Holy Trinity
Minutes To Midnight>>>>>
I really like until it's gone and ESPECIALLY final masquerade but other than that hunting party is just kinda alright. Minutes to midnight and Meteora are tied for my overall favorite album
holy 7:
All LP albums
Chester ;-; I never been able to see them live
I saw Chester on the streets in Amsterdam tho
He signed his autograph and a small puppet on my arm tho and I let them tattoo over it so that's permanent with me
Never forget his hug and his love man... He IS my savior
Without him in my younger years, I wouldn't be here anymore
Pielemans Wtf is with teens like you? Yeah, I'm 16, I love LP, I have sad days, but why should I think about suicide?
Jan Pakosta why so judgy 🤔
I fucking miss him....
@@beanboozld_0d942
I don't judge anyone, I just don't know, what problems do the 'depressed teens' have...
Jan Pakosta why is depressed teens in quotes tho. Depression is a genuine issue. But I sorta get what you mean. I mean so many teens just act depressed for attention and shit and they act all edgy but thats not actual depression that you described. That’s just people who act edgy for the attention
I bet after this a lot of people looked up QWERTY
Thebruhman 03 i know I did.. I am so glad he put a place for my head here
carnagegerman and figure.09, it's so underrated.
Criminally underrated
Qwerty is amazing wish it would have been an album release instead of just an lpu release and part of a few live shows
Ben Hor same
I'm a simple man, I see anything linkin park I subscribe and hit the like button
Linkin Park soldier here. Hooooo this video is awesome. I feel like banging my head while listening to this. #LP4ever 🤘🤘🤘
Didn’t know Linkin Park was this heavy!
Gibsoad Studios but it is XD
I tried to show it
The real linkin park...
Nu Metal I guess, if you check the Live in Texas you will see the best time from LP.
Yeah, linkin park can be pretty heavy, but nothing like my home town band, you may know them, there name is SLIPKNOT
This is so crazy good. You made me realize why this is my favourite band of all time. Since the death of Chester, I couldn't bear listening to their songs cause they were getting me too emotional. But now, since I heard this artpiece of yours, I know there is no reason for me to be afraid. From now on, I will cherish every Linkin Park song knowing that Chester was the most important piece in the jigsaw and that I should feel honoured to live in the same age him and whole Linkin Park did.
A place for my head rift is legendary
Hey deku
Qwerty also.
That riff at the very beginning already makes me want to headbang
How much does it remind you of system of a down sound ?
@@atvena a lil bit I guess
Guilty All The Same is such an underrated song, it's criminal
I'd also add chorus of "Lying from you" and bridge from "Somewhere I Belong". And the solo from "In Pieces", but even I can't play it yet!))
LPFan4 ACROSS THE LINE IS ONE HELL OF A SONG they made
they could also put Given Up
How about the intro of lying from you
What about A Line In The Sand? :')

Man you killed it! That was awesome! Nice performance
Glad you like it my friend! Appreciate that so much.
Listenened to Linkin Park through my childhood, and I still do to this day. Im glad I clicked on this keep up the good work man
It’s a shame QWERTY didn’t make it on an album. Great song and riffs. Always appreciated the simple riffs, it made room for all the other instruments and sounds
Brad Delson is a very underrated guitar player.
LP Atesz what’s wrong with you
I thought the same thing. The riff and tone of the guitar would fit into a Slipknot album. I think Don't Stay is another riff that sounds a lot like slipknot. I could picture Corey Taylor laying his signature sound on top of the rift.
The other rifts have a "Linkin Park Sound" could be the distortion tuning and effects used.
RIP to Bennington.
Well considering its mostly just him on guitar.
Weel thru LP is feels like when you pick up the guitar, start playing couple of years, and stuck at the same level. On the couple of first LP albums, there is no solo at all (I dont know about the most recent albums, because I just outgrowed this style of music). Basically you cant see anything from Brad but ony live shows. Nothing wrong with that. He has good riffs, but just not underrated.
The LP guitar parts are basic, you can play most of their song as a beginner. Why would you say he is underrated? For me the guitar was never what a LP song great.
Given up?
Abigail Crysteffor Thank You...
Ezio Targaryen Stark riff should sound awesome. Doesn't matter if its hard or easy
Ankur Tiwari but with out voice probaböy boring
And Linkin Park Riffs aren't that hard in generell.
Faint is simple too but it was on the list so given up could have been on it
I'm my own worst enemy..LOOL..
Thanks. RIP chester 😇

Your Guitar sounds so amazing Beefy as fuck but still can hear all notes just amazing

Wow! Thanks! I'm very pleased and appreciate this so much. Thans again for your support, it gives me energy to keep it up.
I know this is 2 years old when I'm posting this but this guy does not get enough attention. This is skill
aah linking park riffs , the ones where you play for 1/3 of a minute and then skip to the next song .
truly great guitar playing .
And people say LP isn't Metal. Yeah they released a bunch of non metal songs and album, but... I mean, just watch that video.
Its not.

I love all of these songs! EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.

That guitar tone is to die for.
Thank you for making this video. I don’t know why but in the community of music in general Linkin Park is always hated and especially brads playing. I’m glad someone has made a Linkin Park video cus there very scarce
I'm so glad you like it and yes, you're right about the fact that people are hating them, so I decided to make that video to support Linkin Park.
VERMILION What? Why people hate Linkin Park?
VERMILION Must be some pop fans
Avicenna Shinoda People day that brads a bad guitar player. He might not be the best but I don’t think anyone else could make some of the riffs that came out of meteora an hybrid theory, there extremely unique
@@154ahmadavicenna9 there are soooooooo many fucking Linkin Park haters. Hating about the new stuff. I mean, I don't quite like One More Light, but hating on bands just because they change is just...wrong.
I really didn't really realise how heavy linkin park was until seeing this like Jesus those guys really are metal and not rock. Either way love them. RIP Chester Bennington he will be missed
Each and every riff has a memorable chester's gesture which he created either consciously or non while performing live!!!
I am simply LOVING the fact that you added Rebellion! This video made me so incredibly happy as a big LP fan. Thank you so much for this honor to Chester and the band!
The band that saved my life. RIP Chester you will always live on through your legacy. ❤️❤️

That's right, sir!
It’s sounds SO much like SOAD 😂 you can totally tell it’s him
My God, songs of my childhood. Remember when after school i came home, play gta san andreas and listen to LP songs on game radio, remember this fucking flight school and In The End in my ears. When you play Faint intro i shed a tear
All these song are on another level if you just listen to the instrumentals. Damn am i so glad i grew up with Linkin Park.
Chester Benningtons best song I.M.O wasn't even with Linkin Park, but was with Mark Morton. Crossing Off was an underrated song and definitely deserves more recognition than it does.
Просто топчик, посмотрел и теперь жалею, что не играл Linkin Park на электро когда была 🤟😢
Amazing Riffs by Linkin Park and you did justice to all of them! Amazing Guitarplay. A year ago Chester left us with these songs of his RIP Chester!
See I know this guys good....this is one of my favorite guitarists on UA-cam lately....I know hes good bc Im not even a huge Linkin Park fan at all but this, this is good!
Appreciate your support my friend! Thank you so much
qwerty sounded very similiar to slipknot for me :D
Snøfall those are nu metal
Elcriaturial Linkin Park is NU Metal yeah, I don’t know what you mean by your comment.
he mean it sound similar to slipknot because both are labeled by same genre nu metal
Sohib Conner Jr I can see some of Slipknots older stuff being labelled nu metal, but from All Hope Is Gone I think they’ve moved on from that a bit?
not very much, all hope is gone still had nu metal elements, also the riff of before i forget sounds like "no one-Hype" which was pure nu metal song from 2001,
newer slipknot is kind of Nu metalcore with their breakdowns..also they have some groove metal influence but Nu metal was their first thing, dont forget that many nu metal bands sound different than each other... rapcore Nu, alt nu, pure, industrial...
You can really tell that Daron Malakian wrote rebellion its got his style all over it! Love it, two of my fave bands clashing!
From the inside, Crawling, Lying from you, By Myself, Runaway, No more sorrow, A line in the sand. That's the compliment
Absolutely loved it. LINKIN PARK!!!!
Qwerty always sounds so badass on guitar

The riff on A Place for My Head hits me so hard I love it!!
Brad style is amazing, i love how he managed to keep it simple but sounds really good!
Who else thinks Hunting Party has the best all time riffs?
Gianluca Sorrentino Hunting party is great man.The little things give you away the best
Im pretty sure The Little Things Give You Away was on Minutes To Midnight.
Chazzy Chaz yup
He probs meant A Line In The Sand
Or fucked up
Gianluca Sorrentino Hells yeah! I think The Hunting Party is their best album in terms of guitar work.
Gianluca Sorrentino The 1st 3 albums hybrid theory meteora minutes to midnight had some pretty good riffs as well but I'd have to hear Hunting party
Great job! Nice to hear a lot of riffs from The Hunting Party (arguably their most underrated album). Would have added No More Sorrow if it was a top 11 :)
The entire "The Hunting Party" album...
👌👌👌
And Hybrid Theory&Meteora!
DELIGHTFUL! you nailed it.
I gotta say I loved how much he killed it on guilty all the same clip. I always come back to this video.
the first time i heard Rebellion, i knew right away it had a System of a Down vibe, and i was right!
Not a LP fan, but just passin' by to leave a thumb up, great job as always bro
Thank you for that, my friend! Appreciate that.
Given up????????? ;-;
Scott Alan not really that interesting, it's a good part, but it's literally just bar chords except for the first line of the breakdown.
In my opinion, it's their best song. I love everything thing about that song, so I was simply a little disappointed when it didn't make the list. But to each their own.
And I get that it's a simple riff, but still one hell of a headbanger
Scott Alan hell yeah, the bass sounds great in that song too.
So glad you included Figure .09, such an underrated gem
One thing I love about your channel compared to others is you keep the whole riff including the breakdowns
Their music was always great and amazing ❤️
Figure 9 and qwerty are extremely underrated
